Getting organized for 2021.
Hi friends, hope everyone has a great Christmas day. I'm trying to finish up organizing and setting up my planners for 2121. I've decided to completely intergrade my faith journal with my catch all journal. It seams that I only work on my creative bible during my down garden time and I want to schedule some time just for that.

My best thrifting find ever.
Yes, my best find has to be this huge coffee table. Jamo and I have discovered some new thrifting places and it's been awesome every time. On our latest trip we found the end tables and coffee table for $20.00, what a bargain. He did shorten the legs on the coffee table a bit and now it's perfect. I did the destress paint job and used some fence boards for the farmhouse look. I ended up doing the same for the end tables. I used a dark oak stain because I love the contrast with the white. It's coming along a bit at a time.

Our town all dress up for Christmas.
Our little town looks so pretty at night with all the light and the beautiful store fronts. But it looks just as beautiful during the day.

The butler's pantry little shelving area all dressed up for Christmas.
I love decorating and changing our surroundings. So you know I love decorating for Christmas. I think changing things around refreshes the feel of your home. It doesn't have to be a whole production, some time little changes are the best. I work with what I have and move it around a bit. After all it's just things.
I was taught at a very young age that the things inside a home do not make the home. It's the people and love in a home that makes a home. The decorating part is just the icing on the cake, that's how I see it.

In love with these bundles.
I don't post much about my sale items here in my blog, mainly because I just don't have the time to also upload here too. But, these I just had to. Actually I carefully curated these and picked every piece of lace with my IG and FB friends in mind. I feel bad when they sometimes tell me that by the time they get to my Etsy the item has already sold. I don't have any help and I do all the work my self, selecting, washing, tea dyeing, ironing, presentation, picture taking, filming, descriptions and postings all by my self (I love doing it) and I just don't have the time to put together and post lots of bundles. I post a few at a time and they always go fast. Well these I'm posting first for my IG and FB friends.
I Really enjoyed putting these together. All the laces I have been Avocado dyed and they all have deferent tones and hues. Some are golden, pink, ivory and soft browns, it all depends on the fabric and how fast it can absorbed the eco friendly dye........they are all so beautiful.
Love how the entry table turned out this year, cozy and welcoming.
Pretty much I did not purchased a thing for the entry table. I worked with what I already had and I loved how it turned out, so cozy and welcoming. My favs are the skates that hang on the farmhouse ladder. Well the ladder and the skates are made by my very talented sister and her husband. They sell out every year and this year they sold out right away. I always make sure and pick what I want right away. I think the skates are so cute, not sure if she made those again this year or not?
