Yup...... its finally here, vacation time. This little trip was kind of up in the air, but finally we are off to Alabama. We're visiting friends, actually is my sisters best friend, Beth & Rocky. The guys are hunting and we are shopping, how great is that.

I keep hearing of this gigantic antique/thrift shop place and finally this time I'm, tagging along with them. I'm so excited to finally meet Beth's children, I've heard so much about them. I'm so looking forward to spending some time with friends, in a country setting far away from the city. Can't wait.... Ahhhhh peace and quiet.

These are my scrappy storage places. Every inch in our home is accounted for. Take a look at how I scrap. The TV that was in here went to our bedroom, I know, I know a TV in the bedroom...... But, I just needed the space. At first glance it all looks pretty normal.

But, take a look at how much I can fit into a small space. This is where I store most of my larger and heavy supplies like paper, paint and storage bins.

I take things out as I need them, I dream of a day when I can just walk in and have all my supplies ready to be used. A girl can dream!


I see a little room there, just in case I see something I NEED, LOL.

This is where I scrap, in my little dinning room that I love.

This cart holds my stamps, ink, tags and all small items. I keep it in my bedroom and wheel it out as I need it.

I wish I can keep it out all the time, I hate when life gets in the way of scrapping.

Messy, messy, messy!

But, I know where everything is.


Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful and blessed for what I have. I love to create and scrap and I could do it anywhere. Maybe one day, if we remodel a little bit I might be able to come up with a tiny space of my own......We'll see.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

If you're like me, you'll be wrapping Christmas gifts tonight. Every year I say I'm not leaving the wrapping till the last minute...... I did it again. Well I'm going to start after this post. I have my Christmas music softly on, a scented candle lid and favorite glass of wine. The truth is, I love to gift wrap, I look forward to it. I enjoy all the mixing and matching, the bows and the tags. After all, it's not about the gift, is about the love we put into it.

I can't wait to show these pictures to my nieces. In our family we have a traditional, gingerbread house contest on "Noche Buena", our Christmas eve dinner. Is this EYE CANDY or what, he, he, he. This so darn cute gingerbread house was made by Abbie's talented children. This is sooooooo deeelish !!! I just had to share it.

I'M SO EXITED! I want to share this lovely mini that I did during my very first scrapbooking class. I only been watching You Tubes, check out MYmy channel. That is where I've been learning from. It was so nice to go to an actual class at Damaris'.She is super nice and I learned a lot!

The paper that we used was the COSMO CRICKETJolly by Golly collection. I just love this paper is so whimsical and bright with a retro feel to it. Just love it!!!

I had so much fun working on this little mini album, I'm very happy how it turned out, is the smallest I've ever made and I think he's a cutie! You kind of have to think about the placement of things a little differently when they are this small.

I love this paper collection, is the Peppermint Forest collection from Joann. The stickers and the chipboards are from DCWV Holiday collection. I've made two minis so far using these exact supplies and I have so much paper left.
I still have one more Christmas mini that I HAVE TO finish, another Christmas gift. I'll post it as soon as I'm done. Having FUN!!!!
