'Fahrenheit 451' Teaser Trailers


Teaser trailers are now below for HBO's adaptation of 'Fahrenheit 451.' Written and directed by Ramin Bahrani it stars Michael Shannon, Michael B. Jordan, Sofia Boutella, Lilly Singh and Laura Harrier

'Fahrenheit 451' is based on Ray Bradbury's classic novel. In a future where the media is an opiate, history is rewritten and "firemen" burn books, Jordan plays Guy Montag, a young fireman who struggles with his role as law enforcer and with his "mentor", played by Shannon.

Its set to premiere Spring 2018 on HBO, Sky Atlantic will be your port of call for Ireland and the UK.

'The Shape of Water'

Guillermo del Toro latest gets a trailer, 'The Shape of Water' stars Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones, Lauren Lee Smith, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Octavia Spencer.

An other-worldly fairy tale, set against the backdrop of Cold War era America circa 1963. In the hidden high-security government laboratory where she works, lonely Elisa (Sally Hawkins) is trapped in a life of silence and isolation. Elisa’s life is changed forever when she and co-worker Zelda (Octavia Spencer) discover a secret classified experiment.

The film is set to open December 8.

When ex-biker-gang member Sam Childers (Butler) makes the life-changing decision to go to East Africa to help repair homes destroyed by civil war, he is outraged by the unspeakable horrors faced by the region's vulnerable populace, especially the children. Zod Will Face 'The Man Of Steel'

Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have announced that Michael Shannon will play the role of General Zod in Zack Snyder's new Superman film, now officially titled Man of Steel. Snyder stated:
"Zod is not only one of Superman's most formidable enemies, but one of the most significant because he has insights into Superman that others don't. Michael is a powerful actor who can project both the intelligence and the malice of the character, making him perfect for the role."
As General Zod, Shannon will go toe-to-toe with Henry Cavill's man of steel. The main cast also includes Amy Adams as Lois Lane, and Diane Lane and Kevin Costner as Martha and Jonathan Kent.

Trailer For HBO's 'Boardwalk Empire', Directed by Martin Scorsese

Boardwalk Empire is set in Atlantic City, New Jersey during the Prohibition era. The show is adapted from Nelson Johnson's book, Boardwalk Empire: The Birth, High Times, and Corruption of Atlantic City by Emmy award-winning screenwriter and producer Terence Winter of The Sopranos. The show is being executive produced by Martin Scrosese, and he directed the first episode.

The series will detail the life and exploits of Nucky Thompson who is based on the real life person Enoch "Nucky" Johnson, the "boss" of the Republican political machine that controlled Atlantic City from 1911 to 1941. The amazing cast includes Steve Buscemi, Gretchen Mol, Michael Shannon, Michael Pitt, Michael K. Williams and Dabney Coleman.

Will Arnett & Michael Shannon Join 'Jonah Hex'

Will Arnett and Michael Shannon will join Josh Brolin, John Malkovich and Megan Fox in the Jimmy Hayward directed comic book adpation of Jonah Hex.

Arnett will play a straight-arrow Union soldier who enlists Hex, while Shannon has been cast as circus group leader Doc Cross Williams.

The film revolves around a bounty hunter, brutally scarred during the Civil War, who attempts to stop a Southern plantation owner from raising an army of the undead.
