even though i am not a child anymore...

i belong to those people who just looves Christmas;
the magical feeling of it and atmosphere, creating parcels for others, wandering in a wintery woodland,
tea & treats, reading winter stories and watching films...

today i visited in Beatrix Potter's official web page and found a fun little Peter Rabbit's 'Winter's Tale Game' game, and wanted to surely share this with you. i believe this game is for the children, but it brought smile on my face... and then there is also a lovely desktop advent calendar which you can download.

enchanted moments in a studio

i have made a new arrangement in my studio few weeks ago, and still there is things i need to do; like adding a new table and few chairs for tea times and a good book. but i actually love to be here now more than before. i do like my little treasures and woodland inspired things.
this shelf is made by my sister many many years ago, i have filled it with Beatrix Potter antique books; i still need to purchase the pieces i do not have, especially 'Ginger and Pickles', Julie's dear dear pottery; the rabbit with a house is newest addition on my collection, woodland treasures, ribbons from this lovely shop in Kendal, wooden pools which i need to fill with lace and ribbons, loveliest rubber stamps; largest deer is a gift from friend Nina, she knows how much i love these forest creatures....

there is other parts of my studio, which i will show later. the weather has been very gloomy lately, i think just few days blue skies and sun in few months!!
no sign of snow yet, but i know the snow flakes will flutter soon upon the trees.

new patch of acorns, mushrooms and few other things.
some of them are in very wintry mood.

i am very excitedly waiting next spring, i am travelling in dear England once again then. oh, joy!!!
i will be there wandering in gardens with my class mates for five days. rest of the time i will visit in shops and museums and tea rooms. how lovely. it just makes my heart fill with happiness, when i know that i will go in England again. though, i wish i could travel for a little while in English country side. does any one know any lovely places near London?
