Some new jewelries are now listed at my Etsy shop.

I have many many air dry clay acorns and other nature inspired creations waiting to be added on to my jewelry. These birds where created in last autumn. I love to use hand dyed muslin on my jewelry, the fabric is just like i would discovered from the forest floor!

This bird speaks to me about pine woodland and mossy stones, from the hillside landscape which surrounds me. I can somehow even smell the earthy fragrance when i am looking at this necklace. Maybe this bird loves to spend more time on the moss covered ground than high in the tree tops..

I decided that it would be good for me to begin writing a blog again. I have thought about this for weeks. I just do not take so much pressure with my blog this time.

All the time i took nature photographs, and wondered whom i should show them... who would be interested to look at them, of course you who read my blog. I am sure you will come here because i write about my nature, am i right?

Now on i will probably ramble all sorts of things in here, but mostly i will write from the things that are most beloved to me; nature, nature and nature!!! Surely i will show my new jewelry pieces too.

The winter here in Finland has been UTTERLY enchanting and beautiful. I have never seen such amount of snow than now, there was a time when it was snowing almost every other day at least!

Now the trees have been covered with a thick frost, alder trees look like they are full of antlers, rather than branches.

Everyday i walk in work, which takes about 40 minutes in one direction. It is such a wonderful way to begin a day. The weather has been sometimes incredibly cold, but i have enjoyed it, not dreading it like someones. I have just pulled coat hood upon my head and kept walking, like any other day.

Few days ago i took these photographs near to my home.

I love the moment of twilight, it is such a magical time of the day.
