"Resident Evil Requiem" is pure madness in the best possible way and easily one of the most phenomenal entries in the series. From the very beginning to the ending this game feels like Capcom put everything they had into it. The story is absolutely insane, full of emotions, twists and moments that genuinely make you stop for a second, and the references to the older Resident Evil games hit so hard that if you grew up with this franchise it is impossible not to feel nostalgic. Some scenes really make a tear come to your eye because it feels like a love letter to longtime fans. The overall graphical quality is on another level, every location, character model and detail looks polished to perfection, but what impressed me the most is simply how unforgettable this whole story is. Combined with the dual protagonist approach and the return to classic survival horror elements, the game constantly feels fresh while still honoring everything that made Resident Evil legendary. This is one of those rare productions where it is honestly hard to find anything to complain about, a phenomenal game from start to finish.
