Всем ку! при попытке запустить игру, при нажатии на кнопку, попросту ничего не происходит, оно вроде хочет запустить, но пару секунд проходит, и кнопка "Запустить" снова зелёная, пробовал уже почти всё....

I recently bought Little Hope and Man of Medan, the latter is working fine but Little Hope is missing the activation keys and won't allow me to launch the game whatsoever. I tried contacting support but Steam redirects you to Bandai which doesn't even allow you to log into a newly created account, the website is dead so basically I paid for a game that's unplayable. Also, this is not a new issue, I found a thread reporting this same problem back in 2020, also, it's happened to other people I wanted to play...

I bought this game on Steam, but I cannot play it because the required activation key is missing. The game refuses to launch without a key. Other games in this series work perfectly right now and they all have activation keys. Only this game has this problem. This is clearly a technical issue on your side that affects many users. I paid for a working product, but right now I cannot use it at all. Please resolve this problem....
