Take the time to learn how to mod Skyrim and you'll die happy.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a masterpiece as far as I'm concerned, mods or not. Yes, hardcore Role Playing Game fans will call this piece a 'baby's first RPG' as it's more accessible than other role playing titles like Baldur's Gate II or Planescape: Torment. But, the atmostphere, the music and the famed & extensive Elder Scolls lore is superb. If you still haven't played this gem, do. It's a wonderful Scandinavian-inspired adventure filled to the brim with things to do, from becoming a member of the Thieves Guild of Riften to battling ancient dragon-priests. Hell, I don't think anyone's even completed all of the side quests after all this time. Incredible game.
