trying to tell me this game is perfect?

I want to make sure there is enough variability and replay-ability.

Please help me I am not good at budgeting

Was watching a review of this game and noticed that the reviewer had blood splattering the walls as he shot enemies. In my game however there is no blood effects. Is there a way to turn this on?
