SOLVED While cleaning up our file server of old files, I got to our De-ID Software download folder and noticed a huge difference in the file sizes in the new De-ID and the older version we originally had been using. De-ID 6.24.5.2 61M De-ID 6.26.2.1 19M I deleted the newer version and replaced it with th original and deidentifying is working . I will contact De-ID Corp about this discrepancy.

Finally getting back to processing documents on the production server. I loaded a batch of documents via the "Delimited File Importer". Table ident_document shows them as "DEIDENTIFYING". I start up the DeID pipeline (We are using DeID Corp), the log showed a group of documents (100) being fetched, then immediately returns message "Invalid response from De-identifier. Exiting" Thinking maybe it was the documents loaded with the Delimited File Importer, I deleted those documents from ident_document...

Loaded 60000 progress notes. 100 deidentified and there it's stuck.
