Geographic tag manipulator - a simple XSLT-based tool to add, remove, or change tags of OpenStreetMap objects.

Features

Simple, sequential/nested syntax for matching
Add, set, remove tags, just like mkgmap, with regular expression replacement and unit conversion (e.g. any length to metres, or mph to km/h)
XML format with DTD, so plays nicely with syntax-driven or plain text editors
