[Oreka-user] Oreka does not record

Hello 

 

The software is installed on my PC. 

The software is also installed on my co-workers computer with the same
software and the same VOIP company and it works.

 

What configurations do you think that I have to do so the software will work
on my computer, is there something in particular that I have to do?
