Hi, Recently did a fresh installation on Windows and CentOS, I'm unsure if this was issue before. I have the same problem on both platforms. I discovered that if an agent parks an incoming call and either calls somewhere or do a simple park/retrieve, recording of the callers' speech disappears. You can still clearly hear the agent's voice in the recording and the agent themselves have no problem talking to the caller. Is it a known problem with recording after parking (and what might be a port change) when the agent retrieves the call, or do I have a local issue with my setup?
