Thanks to you for your help.
I know Oreka requires Cisco SKINNY to capture the RTP payloads when the
call is established 
for agent IP phones. On trunk side, there would be SS7 or other
protocols to establish the calls, 
under this situation, Can Oreka get call recordings without problems?

If you monitor switch port of your PSTN gateway, you will be able to
record all incoming and outgoing calls. Irrespective of call center
locations.

I am new on Oreka.

Nintendo call center has two partner centers, which the calls are load
balanced in Nintendo, and resend to partner centers, we'd like to
record
those calls, does anyone know whether Oreka is capable to do this kind
of trunk recordings?
