Hello, I was hoping someone could help me. I'm currently trying to use Orkaudio to pick up RTP traffic from our VOIP Switch. I've tried the installation on Windows and Linux (both Debian and CentOS4) but although Orkaudio picks up and records RTP packets the WAV file returns with just a hissing noise (I can send a copy if need be). I've tried changing the conversation codec and have tried both gsm, pcmwav. I don't have OrkTrack or OrkWeb installed yet. Looking through the error log, nothing seems to be unusual. I'm quite happy to send my config.xml if that will help. If anyone could offer some advice I would be extremely grateful.
