This is more for Jeff than anyone else, but if anyone else has
ideas/suggestions about a development environment, do share them.

We need a development server with a working version of schooltool
installed, along with the program 'screen'.  What ever happened to
maddog?  Who is administering it now?  How do we get access.  All we
need are accounts and port 7080 to be open... we can do the rest I
think.  'screen' comes with most distros doesn't it?  This is
something we need to set up right away.

This is an RDF data model, which is a directed graph similar to the
relationships and annotations used in SchoolTool's database, except
that RDF relationships are one way, whereas in SchoolTool we maintain
bi-directional relationships.  The standards-based system we use in
SchoolTool will be based on this work, although I'm sure that there
will be a number of changes along the way.
