[Cando-devel] assessment diagram

Here's a diagram I made for the standards based assessment system I
made up for my former school:=20

This is an RDF data model, which is a directed graph similar to the
relationships and annotations used in SchoolTool's database, except
that RDF relationships are one way, whereas in SchoolTool we maintain
bi-directional relationships.  The standards-based system we use in
SchoolTool will be based on this work, although I'm sure that there
will be a number of changes along the way.
