    "It is easy to create proposals with PandaDoc and keep up with them"

    Pros: PandaDoc is a creative and influential software that completes the tasks wonderfully and skillfully. It is able to create multiple proposals that are professional looking and don't leave any questions out in the air, the proposals are very detailed and they are made to provide the client with something that is professional and convinces them. It has many templates that are already included in the program, and these work very well, but additionally, they are very customizable and it allows for any additional information to be added, as well as any information not needed to be extracted from the proposal. I have been using the templates that it provides and they work really well to create proposals and send them over to clients, it is a very quick way to complete this task in a very short time and it is not done badly, on the contrary, it is better than creating the template from scratch which takes much more time. I also like that the templates include automatic reminders that can be customized to keep in contact with the client, it makes it easier to follow up with any answers to the questions they might have, and it makes it easier to complete any deals. The notifications that it provides on the mobile applications are also a life-saver, they are delivered at the exact time and allow me to view different details about the proposals that have been sent, if they have been opened, interacted with, completed, and more, it is very convenient to stay up to date with the status of a proposal during the day with these notifications, so that we can except the client to give a response or complete the proposal after it has been viewed, it is a smart software that facilitates the workflow.

    Cons: There are a few points that I want to talk about when it comes to the cons of using PandaDoc, firstly, it is a bit pricey, it can be very expensive depending on the amount of proposals and esignatures that the business has to complete during the month, and as needs grow, so does the price of PandaDoc, I would say that their pricing options are not very convenient. Secondly, I have experienced certain issues when using PandaDoc to send out the proposals, it turns out that they sometimes get sent to the spam folder of clients, which becomes a problem because it does not make the communication between business and client very efficient, and it takes a longer time because the client tends to check their primary inbox because the email should be there and not in the spam folder, it is something that PandaDoc needs to fix and put as a priority.

    Overall: PandaDoc is, overall, a useful software that does more than just create proposals and send them to clients, it works as a tool that keeps you updated throughout every step of the proposal lifecycle, from the creation and the very first idea to the completion of the proposal and the collection of signatures from the client. It is a very integrated software that aligns with the right path to create versatile proposals that attract the client and combine modernity with professionalism, I have been integrating with many other softwares that it supports and the rhythm of the workflow has been amazing because we are able to streamline the entire process and keep track of all the little details that often go missing, and because of the payment integrations, clients are able to complete the payment process directly from the email and so the process is so much faster than having to go through every step via email.

    Pros: The templates make it easy to create professional-looking documents, the ability to integrate with a wide range of third-party applications is also really good, it makes it easy to manage documents within our existing workflow.

    Cons: The UI & UX is good, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate.
    Not a huge deal but when scaling, it is important to realize pricing is subscription-based, which can be expensive for some users.

    Overall: We really enjoy using PandaDoc. It offers a comprehensive suite of document management and automation tools, including templates, signature requests, collaboration features, and more.
    One negative which applies to most SaaS platforms is always pricing when scaling.

    Cons: - when you "edit" a document it says it will "clear" the signature and date. It would be SUPER helpful if it has *also* said, that all other inputs will still be saved.
    -Some areas we MUST have filled it, not just the signature and date. It would be great if those were mandatory since our students/clients skip some parts...
    -loading time
    -some parts are filled in on one side and not on our side. It's happening more frequently.

    Overall: Above average. We use PandaDoc all day and I really do like it. It can use a little bit of tweaking.

    Pros: PandaDoc makes digital e-signatures easy and affordable. It was easy to set up and the free tier makes initial commitment a breeze.

    Cons: It tends to get lost in the spam when being sent off. I believe you can pay more to ensure this doesn't happen, but seems like it should be a given.

    Overall: Great for anyone who needs e-signatures on a daily or weekly basis for proposals, or authorizations. It has an easy initial start-up and pricing scales with your business.

    Pros: Such a helpful app. They had exactly what I was looking for when I wasn't sure what to look for. Easy to search for contents that were needed.

    Cons: Somethings were more American based rather than Canadian content.

    Pros: We use PandaDoc to manage all of our online contracts. It's an easy to use tool for anyone in our sales team to self create their own service agreements.

    Cons: Saved fields could be easier to manage, so we extract repeatable entries in contracts.

    Overall: Recommended for any small or medium business that wants to keep things simple. Google API connections to our CRM.

    Pros: This product is easy to use, reliable, and affordable.
    The features are great. I love that you can create a new file or use an existing file to modify and add the needed options.

    Cons: The only problem I have encountered with this is that there is no initial training or review of the functions.

    Pros: Really easy to use.
    User friendly website.
    Useful notifications which show if someone has viewed/signed the document.
    Can check the status of different documents.
    Option to send a document to be signed via email or a link.

    Cons: When documents expire as then you need to send out again.

    Overall: Overall, I love using PandaDoc and it makes signing documents electronically so much easier and quicker. I use PandaDoc really frequently as part of my business and I would definitely recommend it.

    Pros: Customer service is A++! This company truly cares about not only their customer's happiness, but their success as well. They also offer top notch help & support available 24/7 for any questions you have on using the software. Out of all the important things a document signing service should offer, I really feel Customer Service and Support/Training are the two most important things and PandaDoc does both very well. In the Support and Training area, they have training videos, live chat, email and phone support. I always receive prompt call backs and emails. Their customer service and help/support is the best of anyone I've ever worked with. They also do quarterly check ins to help you assess how you can use PandaDoc to become more efficient and address any concerns you have with using PandaDoc. I also love the the Dashboard as I am able to see everything at a glance. They also offer fantastic audit tracking of your documents sent so you can easily see all of activity of your documents.

    Cons: Only 1! Trying to modify the name and/or email of the Signer is extremely cumbersome. I wish there was an easier way to do this. That is the only negative I can think of.

    Overall: Overall PandaDoc is fantastic! We initially came in very skeptical and we had some bumps at the very beginning. PandaDoc went above and beyond to make things right for us and to keep us as customers. When renewal time came around, I had no time getting it approved from my upper management because they were so happy with the product and service we have received. Now, I can't speak highly enough of PandaDoc to everyone!

    "I Love PandaDoc"

    Pros: PandaDoc is easy to use and user-friendly. I like that I can always go back and get a previously signed document. I like the official certificate at the end when it is all signed. It's a little thing but sure does help when presenting the document to the judge. I like the emails that are sent to me as each person views and signs the document and I appreciate that the email addresses that I've typed in a stored so that I don't have to type each email in again for some of the same parties that I need signatures for several times in a row.

    Cons: Sometimes mistakes happen, and an email address is typed in incorrectly. I wish there were a way to go back and change the email address once it is discovered instead of creating the document all over again. That is my only concern.

    Overall: My overall experience has been fantastic! I needed to talk to customer service once, and they were helpful and accommodating and quickly solved the problem for me. I'm sold on PandaDoc and tell my colleagues about it.

    Pros: Convenience for me and my clients, no need to meet in person.
    Ease of use.
    User friendly design.
    Ability to make flexible modifications and how easily it caters to different needs.
    Automated reminder features, saves a ton of remainder calls and time.

    Cons: Nothing so far, always learning a new feature every week.

    Overall: This has been a great blessing for the tedious nature of my work. We have to document and get high volume of signatures or initials on legal documents on a daily basis. This was extremely stressful in the past due to scheduling multiple meetings with clients. But with PandaDoc, I can get 10 times more work done on an average day, thanks to it's convenience.

    Pros: If you have used an email address previously, it will pre-populate when typing it again. You can also send reminder emails to people when waiting on responses. Making items mandatory is helpful. Emails keeping up with the status of the document are also helpful.

    Cons: On the basic version, you cannot edit a document or change an email address. You would have to completely start over. This is time consuming.

    Overall: Very beneficial for e-signatures and going paperless. Documents stay confidential. Users sign a signature agreement sheet agreeing that the signature is valid.

    Pros: PandaDoc has made our contracting process much faster! I particularly appreciate how easy it is to create a template with customizable fields to make it really simple to send the same document/contract repeatedly. You can customize how frequently reminder emails are sent, and it's easy to download the completed document (or search for it later). It also integrates with HubSpot which helps make our tracking really easy across teams.

    Cons: There isn't much to not like! If I had to pick out a couple things it would be that the overall interface can be a bit slow to load, and the main dashboard design isn't my favorite. But neither of those things are a real problem!

    Overall: PandaDoc makes e-signing really simple. We looked at several possible solutions for document management and PandaDoc was a clear winner for their balance of features and price.

    Pros: The ease of use is great. You don’t have to be technical or a super user to figure it out. The speed of doc creation is unmatched.

    Cons: It’s not as customizable and flexible as DocuSign.

    Overall: PandaDoc will cover 99.9% of what you need and you can create and send docs for signature in minutes.
