Pros: Confidential, easy to use, simple, cost effective. The best of all it is digital signing compliant.

Cons: At times client did not receive the signing invitation as the mail ends up in spam folder. New documents required to upload each time if there is any error in the document. Client email can not be changed if it was incorrect, again new documents need to be created.

Overall: After using multiple applications to collect customer signs, PandaDoc appears to be best user friendly and simple application. Client confidentiality, easy to upload and send documents are the best features compare to other signing application. Yes it is cost effective as well.

Pros: The greatest feature is that it is free; client friendly as well, packed with features with the selected plan.

Cons: On occasion, I had to guide clients to retrieve the document from their spam folder.

Overall: So far very satisfied with the product; hoping that PandaDoc would offer additional features in their free version for professionals.

Pros: Our business has seen more closings on quote sent than before since using PandaDoc. Being a travel insurance company that doesn't have a store front, our PandaDocs give a professional and sharp first impression with our clients. We love it! And drastically changed our business for the better!

Cons: Sometimes it runs slow when toggling between workspaces.

Overall: Overwhelmingly happy with the product and we tell other small businesses about this great tool. Our clients find it easy to view and respond to. We are seeing an increase in closings and policies sold.

Pros: We have a sales force of 130 reps, PandaDoc allows us to update our templates and offer tons of prewritten content to help enable our reps to have professional documents. Also like the analytics to help you know who is looking/how long to help drive a better understanding of what is happening with the deal.

Cons: It can be difficult to find library photos as they are uploaded they are mixed in with all the other photos. Not really that useful for others when they are looking to add a photo to their proposals. Also think the integration with the CRM could be better as certain info is not shared which make some of the analytics not very useful.

Overall: I would highly recommend PandaDoc to any organization that is looking for the next level in developing fast, professional, consistent proposals. I think the team is amazing to work with and they are always looking to improve and enhance their product.

Pros: It holds all of our templates and documents in one easy-to-manage place. Made our selling process seem much more professional.

Cons: I would like to see more variety of templates to use.

Overall: Easy to use and create professional-looking documents that you can send for signing very easily.

Pros: -The learning curve of the platform is reasonable. There are many options, but the tutorials are well done and allow you to quickly understand which options are used in each of the situations related to our daily lives.
-The gain in performance is truly incredible. Once the templates are created, managing signatures and forms is really easy.
-I love the bulk option which allows you to send a multitude of forms at the same time.

Cons: -The limitations on the bulk and form options which is 250. The price to add uses of its options is much too expensive.

Overall: A very good platform for electronic signatures. The company is always trying to improve its product and adapt to new realities. The price is reasonable and the gain in performance is there.

Pros: We are able quote business with speed and a professional appearance and make it easy for our clients.

Cons: No cons found - just need to understand features.

Overall: I use it for over 2 years I believe and always recommend it. Also my customers are always very impressed by how easy it is to use PandaDoc. Usually, they switch to PandaDoc after getting to sign my documents.

Overall: I’ve tried a bunch of e-signature services and found PandaDoc the simplest and most feature-reach. The mobile app is especially great when you’re dealing with time-sensitive docs and lots of templates!

Pros: Very convenient and easy to use. Simple and easy to navigate, send documents, attach documents, etc in one simple webpage.

Cons: I would love for more of the pro features to be available on the normal site, would love to be able to choose the colors for the signatures that I am assigning, unless I can, I haven't noticed.

Overall: Very easy to use, convenient and I would recommend panda doc to any other business if they require an e-sign document service such as this one.

Overall: We implemented PandaDoc because Salesforce was able to create and send quotes easily.
We can know send quotes with a bunch of document both generic and specific to the client.

Cons: -Lay-out editing could be easier sometimes
-Pricing tables are sometimes difficult to use

Overall: We've been using PandaDoc for over a year and a half now, and we're very happy with it. It really lightens my workload a lot and automates a lot of my work.

- Range of options, i.e. text, date, checkbox, signature
- Tracking - when viewed, completed
- Certificate of validity when signed (IP address)
- Free (although I am considering upgrading!)

Cons: - Cost to upgrade - as a sole trader, it's expensive for me
- Cannot send a reminder on the free app

Overall: I absolutely love PandaDoc - I use it daily, and would absolutely thoroughly recommend to others. As a self-employed sole trader, working within outsourced HR - this has got everything I need with regard to Contract of Employment and onboarding forms/documents. It is so easy to use - even people that are not totally au-fait with using IT/the computer, it's so user friendly. I cannot recommend this app enough.

Pros: Clients find it simple & easy to sign-off digitally.

Cons: Date formats auto default to USA date/month.
Can't resend packagers/reminders under the free version.

Overall: Seamless service which clients enjoy using & can happily sign-off on documents that they would usually have to sign by hand.

Pros: Convenient, easy to use, responsive, accurate, informative and does not take months to learn. I am happy with it.

Cons: I would improve the more functions related to formatting. Sometimes customisations needed for the continuity within document. Fonts, margins, picture relocation/ angle adjustments(Inc. flips horizontal and vertical).

Overall: All in all, I would definitely recommend this product. It does most important task- creates a document on a fly. Which also can be easily edited if customer requests so.

Pros: PandaDoc is simple to use for both our company and clients, we have found an improvement in our sales rate, would highly recommend!

Cons: The auto expiry date of proposals issued to clients can be frustrating, as most of our projects are up to six months before the client requires our product, yet they are unable to open their proposal once it expires. This is a concern as they may move onto a competitors proposal rather than have to go to the trouble of contacting us so the proposal can be reissued.

Overall: Overall we are happy with PandaDoc, unfortunately, we don't always have the time to keep up with the updates, it would be beneficial to have a workshop running through the last 6-12 months updates, so we can maximise our product.

Pros: Love the automation and the easy access to review & approve documents and proposals! This is a must use for any organization! So glad the company changed to this new platform. PandaDoc all the way!!

Cons: Can't think of anything at this time and really enjoy using this product.

Pros: Aside from the price, (who doesn't like free?), I love the signature certificate can be printed on the back of the document...kind of like a notary stamp.
This feature allows my contracts to have the signatures authentication easily traceable.

Cons: I only use PDF documents with PandaDoc. If I find the document's content needs a revision, I go back to the original document and make the change using the initial software, re-save the document as a PDF, then re-import it into Panda-doc for electronic signature.

Overall: I have been very happy using the free edition available on-line. This edition fits my budget and provides me with the electronic signature service I need.
