Pros: With the goal of adding more sales outlets the necessity to garner a multi-channel integrator support was becoming inevitable. I turned for support to MarketPlaceWorks and was smitten! Very satisfied with the benefits of better inventory control, ease in multi E commerce sites listings and cross-channel sales management.
Cons: Not if you are looking for a solution that offers attractive user interface and intuitive navigation style;
Great customer service; pricing is competitive.Overall: Really what I was looking for and was avoiding thinking the learning curve and time investment would be too great; I was wrong: the platform is easy to use, offers great support and might boost my business to the next level.

Pros: From the moment you sign up you get a solutions specialist to walk you through the system and answer any question from a friendly person in the U.S. It is a breath of fresh air to talk to someone when dealing with software. They offer customized solutions that make sense for your particular business, not everyone is the same. One of the unique features is that they are integrated with multiple distributors/vendors and can easily add someone you work with. This easily increased our sales with so little work on our part, and the system doing all the work. We also loved they work with Reverb when no one else really offered what they do
Cons: The only con we have faced is that they do not work with every single ecommerce platform but this is the case with everyone in this space, their focus is on Shopify the largest. However they tell us they are adding new marketplaces and features throughout the year, or even listening to your needs as a seller and taking action to implement things that are higher priority for you.
Overall: We have been selling online for over a decade and the frustration with dealing with things like the terrible customer service of Amazon for sellers, these guys get it and are communicative. Inventory management, custom integrations with your distributor/vendor or even FTP needs, bundling and sales across multiple marketplaces are true time savers. Based on everything the system does there is no way we could do it ourselves without having double the staff.
