Pros: The assistance provided by Lanteria HR staff with the learning and implementation of the system has been outstanding.
Great HR system. We have 180 staff and has been well received by all staff. Easy system to use.Cons: Don't really have any issues at this stage. I wish our business had purchased the whole product.
Overall: Overall Lanteria HR is a great system to use. The Lanteria HR staff were great assisting with the training and implementation of the system.

"Great HR Management under SharePoint Infrastructure" Posted 2022-11-28
Pros: Great piece of software, reasonable cost, its flexibility and integration with the SharePoint infrastructure. As not-for-profit organisation, our workflow is often different to a larger organisation. Lanteria allows us to utilise the SharePoint infrastructure and customise the processes to our needs. We also use Performance Management to run our annual reviews.
Cons: If moving from other systems/processes, you need to make sure to plan and ensure the off the shelf features support that, otherwise you need to make sure to customise all requirements before implementation.
Overall: Overall a happy product that fits us as nor for profit organisation budget and feature wise. The support from the local supplier is great.

- Easy to manage.

And many other things.Cons: They don’t offer support in Spanish, which builds an idiomatic barrier for non-English speakers.
Overall: Lanteria offers an excellent product, with a specialized support team and robust documentation that helps a lot before, during, and after its implementation.

Once it’s implemented, Lanteria counts with all of the needed tools to manage human resources, you can see their absences, their knowledge, their salary information, coordinate their approval period, assign training, and much more.
Regarding the reports it has a lot of potential, it comes with default reports, but you can customize your reports, and it’s pretty simple to do it.
The cons, they don’t offer support in Spanish, which builds an idiomatic barrier for non-English speakers.
