    Pros: I really like how customizable EspoCRM is. It lets you create new fields, entities, and layouts without coding. The interface is simple to use and the workflow automation tools save a lot of time on repetitive tasks.

    Cons: I didn't encounter any major issues. If you have some technical background, you'd be able to customize the platform even more that through the UI

    Overall: EspoCRM is a great option if you want an affordable, customizable CRM. It covers all the basics: sales, contacts, campaigns, customer support cases, emails, tasks projects, and inventory. If you’re looking for a CRM that adapts to your processes, this platform is a perfect fit.
