    Pros: EngageBay is a tool that is worth considering as it is very simple and intuitive. I have not seen such an excellent customer support that they offer.

    Cons: I have been using this tool for more than a year now and found no majors issues apart from few lags here and there.

    Overall: My overall experience with the product was very good. It helps me with all my day to day activities like creating contacts, deals, sending newsletters. The automations that it offers are very robust and does make the job simpler.

    Pros: EngageBay meets all of my requirements for a CRM and sales tool. It has certainly helped me become more efficient and productive. The best part is their customer support which is very prompt in answering.

    Cons: The UI can be little slow at times but it has never been a major issue

    Pros: The Support is Superb, The tools are easy to use and EngageBay is probably one of the most well rounded marketing / CRM / Sale and support tools out there. It is massively feature rich.

    Cons: So far there are very few cons I have come across and the ones I have, have been solved

    Overall: I have been using EngageBay for a while and it is probably the most complete solution out there. It combines the power of a CRM with a Lead Collection tool. It is easy to use and the Support is super. They are responsive and always helpful.

    Pros: The system is full of features and has a lot of integration with social media, with your website, and other tools.
    My business website is WordPress and integration was a snap.
    It's very easy to use and the tech support is spectacular!

    Cons: The only con is sometimes it can take a few minutes or so to do some trial and error on formatting a graphic. It's about the same as any other tool in that respect.

    Overall: I've been using this product for over 2 years and I've been completely satisfied. Tech support is great. Fast and very helpful.

    Pros: We were looking for All in one CRM for our marketing agency, where we handle thousands of clients, setting complex automations, send email broadcasts...

    There are a lot of solutions but EngageBay has the best price/functionality ratio. And we are very satisfied with EngageBay and even their support is first-class. You get a reply in a couple of minutes.

    Cons: At first you need to get used to it, but after couple of days, it becomes easy to understand and work with it.

    Pros: EngageBay is full of features that any advance Marketing Automation Software and premium CRM has. It provides multiple external integration services, user friendly automation UI, good sending IP reputation, email client wise delivery data, self restraining features to restrict emails to invalid contacts to preserve delivery reputation, and its own email validation software. You can create as many tags for custom reporting as you want as well as can create as many custom fields also. Above all, the pricing is so optimum that you spend the least to gain the maximum, overall a star product

    Cons: Few features like adding multiple values together in smart list filters, feature to create more score datatype fields can be created/coded by their backend team

    Overall: Overall, I am getting best of all worlds in minimal pricing hence for me I would rate EngageBay a full 5 start marketing automation/CRM platform.

    Pros: The prompt reply of EngageBay whenever I have a question or an issue. Even if we are in different time zones, the support team always gets back to the user in a couple of minutes max.

    Cons: The only con that I can think of is the technical language used. I consider myself as a lay person when it comes to technology and sometimes don't understand the steps to the solution directly.

    Overall: My overall experience is positive. I have been using this software for 3 years and many improvements have been made. User feedback are taken into account as there is always room for improvement. Looking forward to see where EB goes in the next 3 years!
