    Pros: Everything works very well and customer support replies very very fast in any situation I had. Hands down!

    Cons: Get logged out very often on internet, but maybe it’s my device.

    Cons: Nothing really. Their team is great. They are always deploying new features. Pricing is fair.

    Pros: I have used close over the years and I must say that it is one of my favorites. The dialing part of the platform is great. You can text and send emails with just a few clicks and the layout is just simple to follow.

    The support staff is beyond awesome, they respond usually within the hour or max 2. The issues are resolved within the same working day.

    Cons: Sometimes the audio isn't perfect and the dialing does become slow and laggy.

    Overall: I love Close and I have recommended it to a lot of people in my network. The features are fantastic. It is easy to setup and performs very well.

    Cons: No complaints here. Love using it. The only thing that would be great is if you could make time zones more accessible when you are calling people.

    Cons: Not much at all.

    Pros: CRM - Everything is within one application. From my customer to closing a sale. I love that I can text email and call within the same app where I receive my leads.

    Cons: NOTHING. Everything is absolutely lovely. We can also listen to every call made so it kinda becomes like a library!
