    Pros: - Support: The best I have experienced.
    - App options
    - Customization
    - Simple
    - Works with so much of my other office tools

    Cons: - Price: Understandable, but still tough to do.
    - Can't use certain features without being part of a group.

    Overall: The BEST support of any company period.
    Covers all the details needed to keep up with all my accounts.
    I feel as though I have my own CRM program to easily keep up with everything concerning my accounts, routing, and even helps with finding new prospects. I have tried many sales tool apps and none compare to Badger.

    "This tool is a life-saver!"

    Pros: It's easy to upload my accounts into Badger. I can quickly create custom, efficient routes. The app works great with Google Map, making it simple to navigate to each stop on the route. Making notes is quick and easy, and I get a weekly report, giving me a consolidated look at my activity for follow-ups!

    Cons: Sometimes I wish Badger would load my whole route into Google Maps, but it's fairly easy to get into a rhythm transitioning between the two apps.

    Overall: Multiple colleagues recommended Badger to me, and it's a lifesaver! I'm building a new business, have a long list of prospective accounts, and make a TON of cold calls. Badger helps me organize my day and store notes while I'm on the go. The support team has reached out proactively, given me great tips, and helped with customizing. Makes my life sooo much easier!

    "My Badger Trial Run"

    Pros: Loved the ease of organizing accounts and plotting routes. The lasso feature is great and being able to optimize routes was extremely helpful.

    Cons: It's not something I would use every day. Maybe 4x a year just to update or add/ remove accounts.

    Overall: Over all I would love to continue using it, but I will have to start a trial and cancel again. Maybe my organization can share an account or I can just continue to jump on and jump off. I very much appreciate the ease of cancelling. It makes me trust the intentions of their business.
