Pros: Apollo is great at what its primary use case is, creating, scheduling and sending outbound emails. We can get new campaigns set up quickly and utilize the A/B testing capabilities on a regular basis. It also shows good metrics around each of our campaigns
Cons: Sometimes the dataset isn't as large as what we can see in Linkedin for given roles/industries. At times it can appear slow to load data.
Overall: Overall for what Apollo's primary use case is; sending outbound emails it is a very valuable tool for our sales team and is used weekly (if not daily). Its priced well compared to its peers and I foresee that we will continue to use it for the years ahead.

Pros: The sequence builder and email automation capabilities of Apollo work well and is the primary part of the application that we use. We have also tested the AB testing feature and this has helped improve our open rates by more than 10 percent.
Cons: Often we can find contacts in Linkedin but are then unable to find them in Apollo so the quality of the data can sometimes be a bit hit or miss especially if you are targeting smaller companies and not just large publicly listed ones.
Overall: Overall Apollo does what we need it to in terms of managing our outbound cadences and does this part very well. Its easy to add contacts to lists and cadences, check stats on the campaigns, etc. Compared to other tools we have looked at or used in the past the UI is also much better.

Pros: Good and vast database. Great features like filters, export, sort, etc. Easy to use along with learning it.
Cons: Slow at times, and Support is not that great, rest is fine.

Pros: UI, UX and Data are the main selling points.
Starting with data, Apollo has one of the best enrichment systems out there, it integrates seamlessly with your LinkedIn to enrich the contact or business information of the page you're on.
Apollo also works very nicely with your email, I am able to see recently opened emails and can also track recently sent emails as well as emails I can mark for follow-ups directly on my Gmail.
Finally, the UI & UX system of Apollo is great, it's sleek and modern.Cons: Not a lot not to like about Apollo, I think external integrations that Apollo does not have might be an issue, so if you're deciding on Apollo you might have to do quite some heavy lifting switching.
Overall: Apollo is great, for us we do a lot of enrichment and sales activities that I think Apollo does really well.

Again in terms of UI & UX, I do believe Apollo is the best system for having a comprehensive system for sales and other CRM activities. -

Pros: Ability to find contacts quickly and effectively. Linking the website directly through to LinkedIn profiles, email, addresses, and creating a calendar is ideal for quickly locating prospects.
Cons: Would be great if there was a system to verify a contact is still the most accurate contact. Often we find the contact has moved onto a new position or is no longer at the company.
Overall: Apollo is an idea product. We have found other products out there that are more cost effective for our approach. Where the program was being used daily the cost works out really well.
