**19-OCT-2017 PROJECT MOVED TO GITHUB** OpSim is an open source Chemical Engineering Process Simulator with a user friendly drag-and-drop graphical user interface (GUI) and an underlying high performance simulation engine.

A cross-platform text analysis program written in Python and Free Pascal/Lazarus which scans a whole text file (in plain text, HTML, EPUB, or ODT formats) and ranks all used words according to frequency, performing a quantitative analysis of the text using Shannon-Weaver information statistic and Zipf power law function. It counts words, sentences, chars, spaces, and syllables. Also computes readability indexes (Gunning-Fog, Coleman-Liau, Automated Readability Index (ARI), SMOG grade, Flesch–Kincaid grade level and Flesch Reading Ease).

AUM is an extremely fast, small-state, cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator and stream cipher. AUM exhibits uniform distribution, mixes rapidly, has no detected bias, and comes in three variants: AUM16, with an internal state array of 16+4 32-bit words; AUM32, with an internal state of 32+4 words; and AUM64 with a 64+4-word state. The former permit seeding with a key of up to 512 or 1024 bits, the latter with a 2048-bit key.

BEDBUG is a small, fast, cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator (CSPRNG) and stream cipher. It exhibits uniform distribution, mixes rapidly (with worst-case avalanche better than 16-bits), has no detected bias, and comes in three variants: BEDBUG128, with an internal state array of 128+3 32-bit words; BEDBUG256, with an internal state of 256+3 words; and BEDBUG512 with a 512+3-word state. The former permit seeding with a key of up to 4096 or 8192 bits, the latter with a 16384-bit key. The BEDBUG generator itself is a mere 5 lines of code: Three rotations; two pseudo-random lookups. The default BEDBUG configuration alternates the rotation constants unpredictably. These four sets of three values differ between BEDBUG128, BEDBUG256 and BEDBUG512 and were selected, tuned and tested in each case for optimal avalanche, which is never less than 16.5 bits. BEDBUG has passed stringent industry-standard tests for randomness, including NIST and DIEHARD.

This is a program write for judge the competions' (such as IOIP)programs. And it is wrote using Pascal Language,using the Process Unit and the Streams,can help the starter to learn how to use them.

Students can write (nearly) imperative Free Pascal programs but access a number of visualization tools in an easy way. At the moment, the software contains + a kind of "Karel the Robot" scenario + a mathematical data plot + a diagram to visualize sorting algorithms + a canvas to draw geometrical objects and manipulate bitmap graphics by the RGB values of the single pixels. ATTENTION: ========== It is possible that at first use, compilation with Lazarus will throw a compilation error since the TChart component has to be compiled first. A second compilation should solve this problem.

The former permit seeding with a key of up to 256 or 512 bits, the latter with a 1024-bit key. Reduced to essentials, MOTE is only 5 lines of code: Ten arithmetic and bitwise operations in all. It's called MOTE because a PRNG can't be made much smaller (or faster) without introducing bias or severely reducing avalanche. MOTE alternates its shift and rotation constants unpredictably, and has passed the most stringent industry-standard tests for randomness and security, including NIST & DIEHARD.

(8th Oct 2017) Nu|cleus [ˈnjuːklɪəs] - The central and most important part of an object, movement, or group, forming the basis for its activity and growth. This is yet another long-term project (YALP?). The aim is to write a portable GUI/OS for Atari ST, Amiga and DOS. The code must be small, fast and support modern GUI features. ie: Embedded component controls. The code current compiles with Highspeed Pascal (Atari ST) or FreePascal. I hope to have it compiling for the Amiga (also using Highspeed Pascal), and supporting a built in p-code compiler/interpreter for cross platform development.

Computer based assessment system with web frontend. Written in Free Pascal. Please note the project is in the very early alpha stage at the moment. No localization, a lot of hardcoded stuff and low usability are expected drawbacks at this stage.

Free standalone and multi-platform dictionary

VideLibri lists the books you have borrowed from a public library and lets you search the library catalog from your local device. It has all the usual features of a library OPAC, i.e. viewing, renewing, searching and ordering books. It also renews all due books automatically and can do other things only a locally running app can do, like keeping a history of all ever borrowed books across multiple libraries. Developed in 2006, it is the world's first library app, and by supporting 20 different kinds of OPACs from different vendors, it is compatible with more libraries than any other app. So far VideLibri has been tested with 200 libraries in Germany/Austria/Switzerland successfully, but it was designed to allow any user to add their own library without requiring any/much programming knowledge. For this any URL of any webpage can be entered in VideLibri together with an arbitrary query. The spin-off cli-tool Xidel can run these queries on any non-library webpage.
