Thank you for sharing this opinion openly! It is important to mention that Mobile Recharge is a transfer of goods service, not a currency exchange one. Which requires different international protocols than an exchange service. All transfer of goods services, including all international Mobile Recharge services abide by these protocols. Multiple international transactions are involved.

This would have to be the worst company to use for overseas mobile recharge transactions. They state that you can recharge in minutes but actually it takes hours to process if it actually goes thru at all.Have been using for years and still being let down every time.Order status pending for hours every time.Just not good enough.

Una empresa muy buena, jamás he tenido problemas y cuando tuve alguna dificultad inmediatamente me ayudaron a resolverlo. Great service fast and reliable
It's the best way to top up your phone account in a foreign country when your home credit card is not accepted by the service provider in that other country! Before I found this excellent service I relayed on Gift Cards that I had send to me. But this is soooo much better, faster and reliable!

It is indeed frustrating to lose money due to a wrong phone number entered in the online form. In such cases we can cancel your order IF the order hasn't been processed and sent on to the local operator.
Once the money gets on a phone number that exists, be it the wrong one, the credit cannot be withdrawn. It's a general policy, not our own decision. Please always double check any data entered to avoid such situations!
