Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE NOVIH SUPSTITUISANIH PIRIMIDINA, opšte formule (I) ili njihovih soli, N-oksida ili acid derivata, u kojoj je (X) šestočlani prsten koji sadrži tri dvostruke veze, u kom slučaju je X -N= ili -C=, R1 i R2 su isti ili različiti i svaki je vodonik, C1-C4 alkil ili C1-C4alkoksi, R3 je vodonik, halogen. C2-4alkenil, hidroksi, C1-C4alkil ili C1-C4alkoksi, a R4 je C1-4alkoksi, mono-C1-C4alkilamino ili di-C1-4alkilamino, naznačen time, što obuhvata reakciju jedinjenja formule u kojoj je R4A hidroksi, amino ili mono-C1-4alkil amino a R1, R2 i R3 su definisani kao gore, sa sredstvom za alkilovanje koje služi za uvodjenje C1-4alkil grupe, kao što je C1-4alkil halogenid, poželjno jodid, ili C1-4 dialkilsulfat, u prisustvu baze kao što je alkoksid alkalnog metala sa 1-4 C-atoma, bikarbonat ili fosfat alkalnog metala, da bi se dobilo jedinjenje formule (I) u kojoj je R4 C1-4 alkoksi, C1-4mono-alkilamino ili C1-4 dialkilamino grupa.
