Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA ISKORIŠĆENJE OSNOVNIH METALNIH SULFIDNIH MINERALA, rasutih sulfidnih ili bakarnih sulfidnih minerala iz osnovnih metalnih sulfidnih ruda ili kopleksnih sulfidnih ruda, naznačen time, što obuhvata obezbedjivanje vodene suspenzije pulpe fino raspodeljenih čestica rude, veličine oslobadjanja, pri pH vrednosti manjoj od 10, pogodno od 6,0 do 9,0 kondicioniranje pomenute suspenzije sa efikasnom količinom sredstava za penušanje i metalnog kolektora, pri čemu metalni kolektor sadrži bar jedno hidrokarboksikarbonil tionokarbamatno jedinjenje formule: gde je R1 C1-C6 alkil ili aril i R2 je C1-C8 alkil, ili bar jedno hidrokarboksikarbonil tiourea jedinjenje formule gde je R4 vodonik ili R5, a R5 je zasićeni ili nezasićeni hidrokarbil radikal i R3 je zasićeni ili nezasićeni hidrokarbil, pri čemu R3 i R5 radikali, opciono i nezavisno, mogu da se supstituišu polarnim grupama izabranim od halogena, nitro i nitril grupa i penušanje osnovnih metalnih sulfidnih minerala postupcima penaste flotacije. Prijava sadrži još 1 patentni zahtev.PROCESS FOR UTILIZING BASIC METAL SULPHIDE MINERALS, bulk sulphide or copper sulphide minerals from base metal sulphide ores or complex sulphide ores, comprising providing an aqueous suspension of the pulp at finely distributed pH values of the ore particles, size 10 6.0 to 9.0 conditioning said suspension with an effective amount of a foaming agent and a metal collector, wherein the metal collector comprises at least one hydrocarboxycarbonyl thionocarbamate compound of the formula: wherein R 1 is C 1 -C 6 alkyl or aryl and R 2 is C 1 -C 8 alkyl, or at least one hydrocarboxycarbonyl thiourea compound of the formula wherein R4 is hydrogen or R5, and R5 is a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbyl radical and R3 is a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbyl, wherein the R3 and R5 radicals, optionally and independently, may be substituted by polar groups selected from halogen nitro and nitrile groups and foaming of basic metal sulphide minerals by foaming processes f lotions.
