Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na jedinjenja koja inhibiraju peptidil-prolil izomere (rotomaze) enzimsku aktivnost FK-506 vezujući protein (FKBP) i kompozicije koje sadrže ova jedinjenja kako je dato u opisu. Farmaceutske kompozicije koje sadrže takva jedinjenja pomažu pri stimulaciji rasta neuita u nervnim ćelijama i dovode do regeneracije nerva. Metodi tretmana nervnih ćelija takvim kompozicijama koriste da podpomognu obnavljanje oštećenja na neuronima izazvanih bolestima ili fizičkom traumom.
