Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine (1) comprenant : une chambre d'extraction (4) comportant deux demi-chambres (5, 6) qui peuvent s'éloigner l'une de l'autre dans une configuration ouverte, et se rapprocher dans une seconde configuration fermée ; un premier dispositif de perçage (7) pour percer une capsule à dose unique (3) et créer une entrée de fluide d'extraction ; un second dispositif de perçage (9) pour percer ladite capsule à dose unique (3) et créer un écoulement sortant du fluide d'extraction (8) ; un passage de sortie (10) ; un dispositif de soupape (11) situé en aval dudit passage de sortie (10), ledit dispositif de soupape (11) pouvant être ouvert élastiquement sous la pression dudit fluide d'extraction (8) ; ledit dispositif de soupape (11) est associé à un chariot mobile (14) ; ladite machine comprend un dispositif de réglage (15) adapté pour faire passer ledit chariot mobile (14) dans une première position dans laquelle ledit dispositif de soupape (11) interagit avec ledit passage de sortie (10) pour fermer hermétiquement ce dernier lorsque ledit dispositif de soupape (11) n'est pas ouvert sous la pression dudit fluide d'extraction, et dans une seconde position dans laquelle ledit dispositif de soupape (11) s'éloigne dudit passage de sortie (10) pour permettre un écoulement libre du fluide indépendamment de la pression dudit fluide d'extraction (8).
