接続部２００Ａ，２００Ｂは、データ流通基盤に接続してユーザー間で共有するアセットとポリシーを含むコントラクトの合意を形成する。実行部２３０Ａ，２３０Ｂは、コントラクトに従って動作するポリシー実行プログラムを含む実行環境のイメージを用いて隔離された安全な隔離実行環境を起動し、隔離実行環境内でコントラクトに従ってデータを受信して処理する。隔離実行環境、実行環境のイメージ、隔離実行環境に入力されたコントラクト、隔離実行環境で受信したデータ、および隔離実行環境での処理結果の少なくともいずれかをリモートアテステーションする。
