DOMAINE DE L'INVENTION FIELD OF THE INVENTION
L'invention concerne le domaine des jantes pour véhicules, notamment des jantes pour automobiles, et des moyens utilisés pour améliorer les performances desdits véhicules. Depuis les débuts de l’automobile, les jantes font partie intégrante du style du véhicule. Sur les voitures électriques, pour diminuer la traînée aérodynamique, on voit apparaitre des déflecteurs aérodynamiques couvrant entièrement les jantes (p.ex. en aluminium) permettant d’extraire l’air de l’intérieur des passages de roues vers l’extérieur véhicule. La fonction de ces déflecteurs est de diminuer la traînée aérodynamique et donc d'augmenter l’autonomie du véhicule concerné. Ces déflecteurs sont en général réalisés en matières synthétiques injectées (comme des polymères) et présentent la forme d'un disque couvercle couvrant complètement la jante structurelle qui elle est réalisée en acier ou en aluminium. PROBLÉMATIQUE PROBLEMATIC
Dans l'état de la technique, on couvre d’un enjoliveur ou "Aero Wheel" plastique la jante structurelle par exemple en alliage coulé d'aluminium. Le capot déflecteur ressemble aux enjoliveurs plastiques peints montés il y a 40 ans pour dissimuler les jantes en acier "bas de gamme" et ainsi simuler le look de jantes aluminium. Cette solution de déflecteur, que l’on retrouve sur nombre de véhicules électrique, n’est pas valorisante esthétiquement beaucoup d’utilisateurs enlèvent cette pièce polymère pour montrer la jante par exemple en aluminium située derrière ce qui annule le gain aérodynamique et l’économie d’énergie réalisée par cette pièce. L’enjoliveur polymère est peu efficace, fragile, toujours de la même teinte. L’enjoliveur ajoute une masse non suspendue élevée à un véhicule électrique ce qui est contradictoire avec le plus de légèreté possible pour consommer le minimum d’énergie. Il est clipsé sur la jante de manière non permanente pour permettre d’accéder au démontage de roue. Ce clipsage non permanent pose problème car un enjoliveur mal remonté, ou suite à un choc peut se décrocher de la jante, et devient une pollution sur les bords des routes particulièrement visible du fait de sa taille. De la même manière, des fragments de l’enjoliveur se détachent. Cette pollution déplaisante est un signe de consommation irresponsable inacceptable pour un véhicule écologique. Au démontage ou remontage, les enjoliveurs sont salissants, compliqués à remonter et conduisent à des casses des systèmes de clipsage. When disassembled or reassembled, the hubcaps are dirty, complicated to reassemble and lead to breakage of the clipping systems.

Ceci limite très fortement des décoration amateur et personnalisation des enjoliveurs. L’accrochage du déflecteur 10 sur la jante 1 est réalisé par un design ou construction adapté de la jante 1 , par exemple avec les moyens décrits ci-après comme mode d'exécution non-limitatif : selon un mode d'exécution, illustré dans les figures 3, 4 et 5 : une branche 2 de la jante 1 peut favorablement comporter une ouverture 3 (figure 4), et le déflecteur 10 comprendre deux clips flexibles 13,14 (voir figure 3) s’insérant dans l'ouverture 3 (voir figure 5). Les ouvertures 3 de jantes 1 sont favorablement de forme généralement triangulaire permettant de clipser sur au moins deux face du triangle le déflecteur 10, voir la figure 5. Grâce à l’invention, de multiples formes de déflecteurs 10 et de jantes 1, et branches 2 de jante peuvent être envisagées. La fixation peut être par clipsage latéral, par vissage, par collage ou tout autre moyen de fixation. De préférence, mais non exclusivement, la fixation est réversible c'est-à- dire que le déflecteur 10 peut s'attacher et se détacher facilement avec une action mécanique. Le dé clipsage ne peut se faire qu’en pressant simultanément des deux côtés du clips en passant les doigts derrière la branche 2 de la jante. La forme de la branche 2 est agencée de manière à permettre de pouvoir passer les doigts derrière. Sans cette action manuelle des deux côtés simultanément, le clip est indémontable de la jantel , même en cas de choc.
