Definitions

  • the invention relates to garments in the textile field.
  • the invention relates to undeformable collar and cuff structures with an integral structure used in garments such as shirts, jackets, women's dresses, coats, pajamas, and collar shirts in the field of textiles.
  • Collar is among the most important elements that determine the character of textile products such as shirts and jackets and shape them.
  • shirts with collars and cuffs in different forms are seen not only as fashion, but also as a symbol of social status. For this reason, it is desirable that the collar and cuff structures are durable in long-term use while exhibiting a flawless appearance.
  • an interlining layer is adhered to the visible upper collar fabric with temperature and pressure to make it stay upright and sealed with stitches with a lower layer of fabric that touches the body.
  • removable or fixed baleens are connected to the corners so that the shirt collars stand upright.
  • Interlining is the fabric used in the textile industry to make the fabric have a more effective appearance, increase durability and reach a harder consistency. When interlining is used in the fabric, the fabric solidifies and acquires form. In collars and cuffs, interlinings suitable for the processing and tensile values of the fabric with superior washing and adhesion strength are preferred.
  • the interlining layer is applied to the upper collar or upper cuff fabric visible from the outside.

Folds also make marks on the front face visible from the outside, damaging the clothing and reducing the service life of the garments.

  • Another objective of the invention is to provide non-deformable collar and cuff structures with an integral composite structure by applying heat and pressure with the gel interlining layer positioned between the upper fabric and the lower fabric of the collars and cuffs.
