Abstract

Batterie (1) und ein damit ausgestattetes Kraftfahrzeug. In einem Batteriegehäuse (2) der Batterie (1) sind durch dessen Gehäusewände und zwischen diesen verlaufende lastaufnehmende Verstrebungen (3) mehrere separate Aufnahmefächer (4) ausgebildet. In diesen Aufnahmefächern (4) sind jeweils mehrere Zellmodule (5) angeordnet. Jeweils zwischen zwei in einem der Aufnahmefächer (4) benachbart zueinander angeordneten Zellmodulen (5) ist zum bereichsweisen Hemmen einer Ausbreitung eines Zellauswurfs (12) von einem der beiden benachbarten Zellmodule (5) zu dem anderen eine nicht lastaufnehmende Schutzplatte (11) angeordnet. Diese Schutzplatte (11) ist dabei von dem Batteriegehäuse (2) und einer Struktur der Aufnahmefächer (4) verschieden.
