- the intermediate member 5 not only reflects the light from the light emitting element 6 toward the inner lens 4 by the reflecting part 12, but also prevents the light from the light emitting element 6 from corresponding to the light emitting element 6. It is possible to prevent the light from entering the inner lens 4. As described above, this is particularly effective in a configuration in which a plurality of inner lenses 4 are integrated.
- the light emitting element 6 and the inner lens 4 are provided in the optical system 20 so as to form a light distribution pattern including a cutoff line. Further, the reflecting portion 12 in the intermediate member 5 is provided so as to avoid being on the path of light that forms the cutoff line. With such a configuration, it is possible to further improve visibility on the road surface in front of the vehicle and to prevent the cutoff line from becoming unclear.

Abstract
Description
本開示について図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本開示の実施形態に係る車両用灯具100の構成を示す正面斜視図である。
図3は、図2に示す中間部材の詳細な構成を示す部分拡大図である。図3では、中間部材5の一部、発光素子6aおよび基板7の一部を前方側から見た状態を示している。
再び図4を参照して、インナーレンズ4aは、発光素子6aから出射された光が入射する入射面、すなわち後方側の面の一部に、当該光を拡散させる光拡散部13を有する。光拡散部13は、上述したカットオフラインを形成する光の経路上を避けて設けられることが好ましい。光拡散部13には、例えば、シボ加工処理またはフロスト処理が施されていてもよい。なお、光拡散部13として、ブロック状の部材等が設けられてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載される車両用前照灯であって、
発光素子、および前記発光素子の前方側に配置されるインナーレンズを含む光学系を複数備え、
複数の前記インナーレンズが一体化されている、車両用前照灯。 - 複数の前記インナーレンズのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記発光素子からの光が入射する入射面の一部に、前記光を拡散させる光拡散部を有する、請求項1に記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記車両用前照灯は、さらに、
前記発光素子を支持する基板と、
前記基板と前記インナーレンズとの間に配置される中間部材とを備え、
前記中間部材は、前記発光素子からの光を前記インナーレンズに向けて反射させる反射部を有し、
前記反射部は、前記発光素子の上方右側および上方左側の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられている、請求項1または2に記載の車両用前照灯。 - 前記中間部材は、前記光学系ごとに、前記発光素子からの光を前記インナーレンズに入射させるための開口部が形成されている、請求項3に記載の車両用前照灯。
- 前記光学系において、前記発光素子と前記インナーレンズとは、カットオフラインを含む配光パターンが少なくとも形成されるように設けられ、
前記中間部材における前記反射部は、前記カットオフラインを形成する光の経路上を避けて設けられる、請求項3または4に記載の車両用前照灯。
