Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。各図において、共通する部分は、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する場合がある。また、各図において、各部材の縮尺は実際とは異なる場合がある。なお、各図では、3軸方向(X方向、Y方向、Z方向)の3次元直交座標系を用い、包装袋の長手方向をX方向とし、幅方向をY方向とし、高さ方向(上下方向または厚み方向)をZ方向とする。
シートロール20は、本実施形態に係る包装袋に収容される衛生薄葉紙の一例である。シートロール20は、図1に示すように、包装袋10に4個収容されている。シートロール20は、図2に示すように、長尺シート21が中空コア22に巻回されて構成されている。なお、シートは、本実施形態のようなシートロールに限定されず、複数枚のシートが積層されたシート積層体でもよい。
包装袋10は、本実施形態に係る包装袋の一例である。包装袋10は、紙製の基材10Aのみの1層で構成されている(図9)。すなわち、包装袋10は、包装袋10における紙の比率が100%以上となっている。
本実施形態に係る衛生薄葉紙包装体の製造方法は、上述の衛生薄葉紙包装体100を製造する方法であり、包装袋10に、紙製の基材10Aのみを用い、包装袋10のシール部30、40、50を、ホットメルト接着剤で接着する。
試験体として、4つのシートロールが包装袋にキャラメル包装された衛生薄葉紙包装体を用意した(図1~図8)。シートロールは、市販のロール状のトイレットペーパー(大王製紙株式会社製、エリエールトイレットティシュー、60m、シングル、147g/ロール)を用いた。
試験体の米坪(坪量)を、JIS P 8124(2011)の規定に準拠して測定した。米坪の単位は、「g/m2」である。
試験体について、包装袋の基材における紙成分の比率(%)を算出した。
試験体について、サイドシールの接着性を評価した。評価は、試験体を包装袋の天面と底面から手で圧縮させたときに、サイドシールが剥がれなかった場合はA(良好)、サイドシールが破れたまたは接着しなかった場合はB(不良)、と評価した。
試験体について、サイドシールのロール付着性を評価した。評価は、サイドシールを剥がしたときにシートロールに貼り付きがなかった場合はA(良好)、シートロールが貼り付いた場合はB(不良)、と評価した。
試験体について、ボトムシールの接着性を評価した。評価は、試験体を包装袋の天面と底面から手で圧縮させ、ボトムシールが剥がれなかった場合はA(良好)、ボトムシールが破れたまたは接着しなかった場合はB(不良)と評価した。
試験体について、ボトムシールのロール付着性を評価した。評価は、ボトムシールを剥がしたときにシートロールに貼り付きがなかった場合はA(良好)、シートロールが貼り付いた場合はB(不良)、と評価した。
試験体を包装袋の天面と底面から手で圧縮させ、包装袋が破れるかを確認した。評価は、包装袋が破れなかった場合はA(良好)、包装袋10は破れないが柔軟性がない場合はB(やや不良)、包装袋が破れた場合はC(不良)、と評価した。
包装袋を、紙製の基材(坪量40g/m2の片艶クラフト紙100%)のみで構成し、包装袋のシール部(ボトムシール、サイドシール)をホットメルト接着剤で接着した。ホットメルト接着剤は、スパイラル状にスプレー塗布した。実施例1の組成、包装条件、評価を、表1に示す。
基材に坪量30g/m2のレーヨン(化繊混抄)紙を用い、基材の両面に樹脂層(坪量20.5g/m2、厚み11μmの低密度ポリエチレン)を形成した3層構造の包装袋を作成した。包装袋のシール部(ボトムシール、サイドシール)をヒートシールで溶着した。比較例1の組成、包装条件、評価を、表1に示す。
基材10Aに坪量30g/m2のクラフト(絶縁)紙を用い、基材の両面に樹脂層(坪量27.9g/m2、厚み15μmの低密度ポリエチレン)を形成した3層構造の包装袋を作成した以外は、比較例1と同様に試験体を作製し、評価した。比較例2の組成、包装条件、評価を、表1に示す。
