- グリッパ装置と、昇降装置と、制御装置とを有する搬送システムであって、
前記グリッパ装置は、
加工切断により製品と、全体として長方形状である外枠部、及び前記外枠部の内側にあって互いに向かい合う2つの短辺部で両端が繋がり且つ長辺方向に延在する桟部を有するスケルトンとに切り分けられたワークに対して前記長辺方向に並んで配置され、前記スケルトンの前記外枠部の長辺部を把持する複数の長辺用グリッパと、
前記ワークに対して短辺方向に並んで配置され、前記外枠部の前記短辺部を把持する複数の短辺用グリッパと、を備え、
前記複数の短辺用グリッパの少なくとも一つは、前記ワークの前記短辺方向の寸法に合わせて前記短辺方向に移動し、前記外枠部の前記短辺部を把持し、
前記昇降装置は、前記外枠部を把持した前記グリッパ装置と、前記製品とを相対的に昇降させることにより、前記外枠部及び前記桟部を前記製品から分離させ、
前記制御装置は、前記グリッパ装置及び前記昇降装置の動作を制御する、搬送システム。 - 前記複数の長辺用グリッパは、前記ワークの前記短辺方向の寸法に合わせて前記短辺方向に移動し、前記外枠部の前記長辺部を把持し、
前記複数の短辺用グリッパは、前記ワークの前記長辺方向の寸法に合わせて前記長辺方向に移動し、前記外枠部の前記短辺部を把持する、請求項1に記載の搬送システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記複数の短辺用グリッパの少なくとも一つを前記短辺方向に移動させた後に、前記複数の長辺用グリッパを前記短辺方向に移動させるように、前記グリッパ装置の動作を制御する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の搬送システム。
- 加工パレットと、前記加工パレットに対して相対的に昇降する支持部と、を備え、
前記加工パレットは、
パレット枠と、
前記パレット枠の内側において前記ワークの前記長辺方向に所定間隔で配置され且つ前記短辺方向に延在し、上端で前記ワークを支持する複数の支持プレートと、
前記パレット枠の内側において前記長辺方向に延在し、前記複数の支持プレートを支持するプレート支持部と、を備え、
前記支持部は、
前記ワークの前記長辺方向に前記所定間隔で配置され且つ前記短辺方向に延在し、前記複数の支持プレートの間を昇降する複数の持ち上げプレートと、
前記複数の持ち上げプレートのそれぞれに設けられ、前記複数の持ち上げプレートが前記加工パレットに対して相対的に上昇した際に前記プレート支持部が入り込む切り欠き部と、を備え、
前記支持部が前記加工パレットに対して相対的に上昇することにより、前記複数の支持プレートの上端で支持する前記ワークが前記複数の持ち上げプレートに渡され、
前記複数の持ち上げプレートで前記ワークを支持した後、前記複数の長辺用グリッパは、前記複数の持ち上げプレートの間を前記短辺方向に移動し、前記外枠部の前記長辺部を把持し、前記複数の短辺用グリッパは、前記切り欠き部を通って前記長辺方向に移動し、前記外枠部の前記短辺部を把持する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の搬送システム。
