Claims (5)
- ダイシングテープをワーク及びダイシングフレームに所定の貼付方向に沿って貼り付けるテープ貼付装置であって、
前記ダイシングテープを前記ワーク及びダイシングフレームに押し付ける押圧ローラと、
前記ダイシングテープを平面から視て少なくとも前記貼付方向に対して垂直な幅方向に向かって前記ダイシングテープを伸展させる伸展手段を備えていることを特徴とするテープ貼付装置。 - 前記ワークを保持する内周側テーブルと、
前記ダイシングフレームを載置する外周側テーブルと、
をさらに備え、
前記伸展手段は、前記内周側テーブル及び外周側テーブルの間に設けられ、少なくとも一部が前記ワーク及びダイシングフレームより上方に位置するサポートピンであり、
前記サポートピンは、前記押圧ローラの押圧力を受けて下方に揺動する際に、前記押圧ローラとの間に挟まれた前記ダイシングテープを伸展させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテープ貼付装置。 - 前記伸展手段は、前記押圧ローラと対向して配置され、前記幅方向にスライド可能に設けられて、前記押圧ローラとの間を通過する前記ダイシングテープを伸展させるサポートローラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のテープ貼付装置。
- 前記サポートローラの回転軸は、前記ダイシングテープが前記押圧ローラに送られる繰り出し方向に対して平行に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のテープ貼付装置。
- 前記サポートローラの回転軸は、前記ダイシングテープが前記押圧ローラに送られる繰り出し方向に対して傾斜して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のテープ貼付装置。
