・空気調和機の利用側装置(室内機とも呼ばれる)を特定するための情報とは、利用側装置を一意に特定するための情報(例えば、利用側装置の機器ID等)である。また、空気調和機の利用側装置を特定するための情報は、利用側装置を特定することができる種々の情報(例えば、利用側装置のロット番号、利用側装置の機種名等)であってもよい。
・空気調和機の利用側装置(室内機とも呼ばれる)のアドレスとは、空気調和機の監視システム等が利用側装置を一意に特定するための情報である。
図1は、本開示の一実施形態に係る全体の構成を示す図である。空調システム10は、端末100と、空気調和機300と、管理サーバ400と、を含む。以下、それぞれについて説明する。
空気調和機300は、任意の機種の空気調和機である。各空気調和機300は、それぞれ、利用側装置(室内機とも呼ばれる)310と、熱源側装置(室外機とも呼ばれる)320と、リモートコントローラ200と、を有する。また、各利用側装置310は、それぞれ、制御装置311を有する。制御装置311は、利用側装置310を特定するための情報をリモートコントローラ200へ送信することができる。
リモートコントローラ200は、1つまたは複数の空気調和機300を操作する機器である。リモートコントローラ200は、1つまたは複数の利用側装置310と配線で接続されている。なお、上述したように、リモートコントローラ200と利用側装置310とが接続されているとは、リモートコントローラ200と利用側装置310とが直接接続されている場合も含むし、リモートコントローラ200と利用側装置310とが他の利用側装置を介して接続されている(つまり、リモートコントローラ200と利用側装置310とが直接接続されていない)場合も含む。また、リモートコントローラ200は、Bluetooth(登録商標)等を介して、端末100とデータを送受信することができる。
端末100は、例えば、スマートフォン、タブレット、パーソナルコンピュータ等の機器である。端末100は、Bluetooth等を介して、リモートコントローラ200とデータを送受信することができる。また、端末100は、3G/4G/5G等の無線通信システム等を介して、管理サーバ400とデータを送受信することができる。
管理サーバ400は、各物件(例えば、各建物、建物内の各フロア等)に設置される利用側装置の情報を管理するサーバである。管理サーバ400は、リモートコントローラ200に接続されている利用側装置310を特定するための情報を端末100から受信して、空気調和機300の利用側装置310とリモートコントローラ200とが正しく接続されているか否かを判断する。
図2は、本開示の一実施形態に係る端末100、リモートコントローラ200、管理サーバ400のハードウェア構成を示す図である。端末100、リモートコントローラ200、管理サーバ400は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)1001、ROM(Read Only Memory)1002、RAM(Random Access Memory)1003を有する。CPU1001、ROM1002、RAM1003は、いわゆるコンピュータを形成する。
以下、端末100が実行する処理について説明する。具体的には、端末100のCPU1001がプログラムを実行することによって、以下の処理が行われる。
以下、リモートコントローラ200が実行する処理について説明する。具体的には、リモートコントローラ200のCPU1001がプログラムを実行することによって、以下の処理が行われる。
以下、管理サーバ400が実行する処理について説明する。具体的には、管理サーバ400のCPU1001がプログラムを実行することによって、以下の処理が行われる。
図3は、本開示の一実施形態に係る空気調和機300の利用側装置310を特定するための情報の取得の処理のシーケンス図である。ユーザ500(例えば、空気調和機300の利用側装置310およびリモートコントローラ200が設置された現場で空気調和機300のリモートコントローラ200に設定作業を行う者)が、端末100を操作するものとする。
ステップ11(S11)において、本開示の一実施形態に係るプログラム(例えば、端末100にインストールされているスマートフォンアプリケーション)へのユーザ500のログインが実行されたものとする。
ステップ21(S21)において、端末100は、空気調和機300の利用側装置310のアドレスをユーザ500が設定するための画面を表示する。なお、この画面では、設定済みのアドレスの表示形体と未設定のアドレスの表示形体とを異ならせて(例えば、グレーアウトやハイライト等)表示するようにしてもよい。
ステップ31(S31)において、端末100は、所定の物件に設置された利用側装置310を特定するための第1情報を管理サーバ400へ送信する。具体的には、端末100は、S13で受信したリモートコントローラ200に接続されている利用側装置310を特定するための情報(例えば、利用側装置310の機器ID等)に基づいて、所定の物件に設置された利用側装置310を特定するための情報(第1情報)を生成する。次に、端末100は、所定の物件に設置された利用側装置310を特定するための第1情報、および、物件を特定するための情報、を管理サーバ400へ送信する。次に、管理サーバ400は、所定の物件に設置された利用側装置310を特定するための第1情報、および、物件を特定するための情報、を端末100から受信する。

Claims (8)
- 空気調和機の利用側装置と、端末と、管理サーバと、を含むシステムであって、
前記端末は、
所定の物件に設置された利用側装置を特定するための第1情報を管理サーバへ送信し、
前記管理サーバは、
所定の物件に設置される利用側装置の情報である第2情報が記憶されており、
前記端末から受信した前記第1情報と前記第2情報とに基づいて、前記所定の物件に設置された利用側装置が前記所定の物件に設置される利用側装置と一致するか否かを判断する、システム。 - 前記管理サーバは、
前記所定の物件に設置された利用側装置が前記所定の物件に設置される利用側装置と一致しない場合、エラーを前記端末へ送信する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムは、前記利用側装置に接続されているリモートコントローラをさらに含み、
前記リモートコントローラは、
前記利用側装置を特定するための情報を前記利用側装置から受信し、
前記受信した利用側装置を特定するための情報を前記端末へ送信し、
前記端末は、
前記利用側装置を特定するための情報を前記リモートコントローラから受信し、前記第1情報を生成する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 前記利用側装置を特定するための情報は、前記利用側装置の機器ID、ロット番号、機種名のいずれかである、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記リモートコントローラは、複数の利用側装置に接続されている、請求項3または4に記載のシステム。
- 前記端末は、
前記利用側装置を特定するための情報の受信後に、前記利用側装置のアドレスを前記リモートコントローラへ送信する、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記端末は、
前記利用側装置のアドレスをユーザが設定するための画面を表示し、
前記画面では、設定済みのアドレスの表示形体と未設定のアドレスの表示形体とを異ならせて表示する、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 管理サーバが実行する方法であって、
所定の物件に設置された利用側装置を特定するための第1情報を端末から受信するステップと、
前記端末から受信した前記第1情報と、前記管理サーバに記憶されている所定の物件に設置される利用側装置の情報である第2情報とに基づいて、前記所定の物件に設置された利用側装置が前記所定の物件に設置される利用側装置と一致するか否かを判断するステップと
を含む方法。
