Abstract

L'élimination d'ions métalliques à partir d'eau de lavage à contre-courant améliorée chimique pour le nettoyage de membrane. L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage d'une membrane polymère comprenant les étapes consistant à (A) le filtrage d'un liquide aqueux à travers la membrane polymère pour produire un filtrat; (B) la réduction de la concentration d'ions métalliques dans le filtrat par nanofiltration ou échange d'ions pour produire un filtrat purifié; (C) le lavage à contre-courant de la membrane polymère avec une solution de lavage chimique réalisée à partir du filtrat purifié; et (D) la poursuite du filtrage du liquide aqueux à travers la membrane polymère.
