Abstract

The invention relates to a compact and portable alarm system that provides the user with two-way communication. Hasta el día de hoy los sistemas de alarma tradicionales que protegen hogares, negocios o empresas, se componen de diferentes sensores como de detección de movimiento, incendio, apertura de puertas y ventanas, entre otros. Dichos sistemas ofrecen diversos medios o canales de comunicación, además que requieren de personal calificado para ser instalados o de una compañía especializada, sin embargo no ofrecen verdadera protección por sí mismos, ya que el usuario es dependiente de compañías de seguridad, agencias de seguridad o tiene que hacer uso de medios como bates de baseball, armas de fuego, gas pimienta, pistolas taser o cualquier otro instrumento que ayude a repeler al intruso. Como se puede apreciar en la figura #1 el dispositivo comprende principalmente de un dispositivo GSM con la capacidad de lectura o recepción de información vía cable directa de dispositivos con señales de voltaje. En este caso se aprovecha dicha capacidad de dispositivo GPS para vehículos, los que vienen ya pre configurados con las opciones de recepción de sensores, comunicación vía SMS y GPRS, así como la respuesta ante órdenes recibidas por el usuario, es por esta razón que mediante el uso de transistores para interface entre señal de sensores (2,3), se aprovechan las salidas de señales de dispositivos GPS que comprenden apagado, abrir puertas y cerrar puertas, para alimentar relés o fuentes reguladas para obtener voltaje según se requiera, además, podrá tener terminales de conexión que estén acorde a la necesidad del usuario. Todo el sistema recibe conexión directa de corriente que estará regulada por una tarjeta balanceadora que ajusta la carga del soporte de baterías de tal manera que corte la corriente cuando estas estén cargadas y les suministre carga cuando lo amerite. El sistema al estar basado en dispositivo GPS cuenta con la recepción de señal satelital facilitando la ubicación del mismo en caso de extravío del dispositivo.
