Abstract
Description
特許文献1には、骨付きモモ肉の脱骨処理を行う自動脱骨装置が開示されている。この装置は、骨付きモモ肉をクランプ装置に吊架しながら複数の処理ステーション間を断続搬送し、各ステーションで骨付きモモ肉の筋入れや骨肉分離等のステップを順々に行うことで、自動脱骨を可能にしている。
特許文献2には、コンベアで搬送される骨付きモモ肉を多軸多関節アームの先端に取り付けられたクランプ装置で把持してハンガに懸架することが開示されている。
また、骨付き肢肉を加工装置に投入するため、あるいは加工装置に移送するためにハンガに懸架するため、骨付きモモ肉を多軸多関節アームの先端に取り付けられたクランプ装置で把持する。この場合、クランプ装置で確実に把持し、あるいは把持動作に要する時間を短縮することが要求される。
また、一実施形態は、ハンガに骨付き肢肉を懸架する場合、あるいは加工装置に骨付き肢肉を投入する場合、骨付き肢肉の向きを揃えて懸架し又は投入する作業を人手に依らず機械により自動化することを目的とする。
骨付き肢肉を把持するための一対のクランプ片と、
各々の前記クランプ片の基部において前記一対のクランプ片を開閉可能に支持する支持部と、
前記一対のクランプ片の開閉方向を含む平面に対して直交する方向に沿って前記一対のクランプ片の表面から突出するように設けられ、前記骨付き肢肉の回動を抑制するための回動抑制部と、

前記一対のクランプ片の各々は、前記一対のクランプ片の開状態において、前記回動抑制部より前記一対のクランプ片間の中心線寄りの位置であって、かつ、前記中心線に沿った方向において前記回動抑制部よりも前記支持部から遠い位置に先端部を有する。
なお、本明細書で「骨付き肢肉」とは、食用鳥獣の屠体の手肢の部位、例えば、モモ部位又はうで部位であって、骨部と肉部とを解体又は分離していない状態のものを含む。
さらに、上記支持部を位置制御及び姿勢制御可能なアームに取り付け、骨付き肢肉を把持したクランプ装置を所望の位置及び姿勢に制御することで、骨付き肢肉を所望の向きでハンガに懸架でき、あるいは該ハンガを介して脱骨装置などの加工部に投入できる。
前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプの各々に設けられ、前記中心線側に向けて延在する接触片を含み、
前記接触片は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において前記骨付き肢肉に接触するように構成される。
上記(2)の構成によれば、一対のクランプ片で骨付き肢肉を把持したとき、上記接触片で骨付き肢肉を固定できるため、把持した骨付き肢肉の回動やぐらつきを防止できる。
前記接触片は、前記平面に対し交差する方向に沿って延在する板状体で構成される。
上記(3)の構成によれば、接触片はクランプ片で把持された骨付き肢肉の長手方向に沿って延在するため、骨付き肢肉をさらに強固にクランプ片に固定できる。
前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプ片間の空間を挟んで対向するように、前記一対のクランプ片にそれぞれ設けられる壁部を含み、
各々の前記クランプ片の前記先端部は、前記開状態において、前記壁部よりも前記中心線寄りに位置するとともに、前記中心線に沿った方向において前記壁部よりも前記支持部から遠くに位置する。
上記(4)の構成によれば、上記壁部の存在によりクランプ片の強度を高めることができると共に、該壁部はクランプ片の先端部に対して上記位置関係にあるため、把持動作の初期にクランプ片の先端部ですくい上げられた骨付き肢肉を回動抑制部が支えることができる。これによって、骨付き肢肉を確実に把持できる。
前記壁部は、少なくとも部分的に、各々の前記クランプ片の前記中心線から遠い側の輪郭に沿って延在する。
上記(5)の構成によれば、上記壁部はクランプ片間の中心線より遠い側に位置するため、クランプ片の動作のじゃまにならず、かつクランプ片の動作を補助して骨付き肢肉がクランプ片から外れるのを防止できる。
前記壁部は、
前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において前記中心線に沿って延在する第1壁部と、
前記第1壁部の前記支持部側の端部に接続され、前記第1壁部から前記中心線に向かって屈曲して延在する第2壁部と、

上記(6)の構成によれば、上記壁部を構成する第1壁部、第2壁部及び第3壁部はクランプ片で把持された骨付き肢肉を囲むように配置されるため、把持動作の初期にクランプ片の先端部がすくい上げた骨付き肢肉を第1壁部、第2壁部及び第3壁部で囲い込むことで、骨付き肢肉が該先端部から外れるのを防ぎ、かつ把持された骨付き肢肉の回動及びぐらつきを抑制できる。
前記第2壁部及び前記第3壁部は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において、前記中心線に対して傾斜し、前記第3壁部の前記中心線に対する傾斜角は前記第2壁部の前記中心線に対する傾斜角より小さい。
上記(7)の構成によれば、先端側の第3壁部の中心線に対する傾斜角が奥側の第2壁部の中心線に対する傾斜角より小さいため、一対のクランプ片が骨付き肢肉を把持するとき、クランプ片が骨付き肢肉が置かれた面(以下「ワーク載置面」とも言う。)に対して直交する方向から傾斜していても、第3壁部をワーク載置面に接近させることができる。これによって、クランプ片の先端部ですくい上げられた骨付き肢肉の下方に第3壁部を挿入でき、骨付き肢肉が該先端部から外れるのを防止できる。
各々の前記クランプ片の前記先端部は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において、前記平面と直交する方向から視たとき、互いに重なり合うように構成される。
上記(8)の構成によれば、一対のクランプ片が閉状態になる前にクランプ片の先端部同士を閉じることができるので、クランプ片先端側からの骨付き肢肉の落下を防止できる。
骨付き肢肉を加工部に投入するための投入装置であって、
前記(1)~(8)の何れかの構成を有する骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置と、
前記支持部を支持し、かつ、前記クランプ装置の動作を制御可能なアームと、
を備え、
前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置で把持した前記骨付き肢肉を前記加工部に投入する。
ここで、「加工部に投入する」とは、選択的にその前段階で骨付き肢肉をハンガに懸架し、該ハンガから骨付き肢肉を加工部に投入することを含む。
上記(9)の構成によれば、上記構成のクランプ装置を備えることで、骨付き肢肉を確実に把持でき、また、安定した把持が可能になるため、クランプ片の動作を速めることができる。さらに、上記支持部を位置制御及び姿勢制御可能なアームに取り付け、骨付き肢肉を把持したクランプ装置を所望の位置及び姿勢に制御することで、骨付き肢肉を所望の向きでハンガに懸架でき、あるいは該ハンガを介して加工部に投入できる。
前記骨付き肢肉を前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置まで搬送するコンベアと、
前記コンベアで搬送される前記骨付き肢肉の姿勢情報を取得可能な判別部と、
前記判別部で得た前記姿勢情報に基づいて前記アームを動作させ、前記骨付き肢肉を定められた向きで前記加工部に投入する制御部と、
を備える。
上記(10)の構成によれば、上記制御部によって、上記判別部で得た姿勢情報に基づいてアームを動作させるため、コンベアでランダムな姿勢で送られてくる骨付き肢肉をクランプ装置で順々に把持し、把持した骨付き肢肉を定められた同じ向きでハンガに懸架でき、あるいは加工部に投入できる。
前記姿勢情報は、前記コンベアに載せられた前記骨付き肢肉の上面が表面又は裏面である表裏面情報を含み、
前記制御部は、前記姿勢情報及び前記表裏面情報に基づいて前記アームの動作を制御し、前記骨付き肢肉を前記加工部に表面又は裏面のどちらかが常に前記加工部に対し同一方向を向くように投入するように構成される。
上記(11)の構成によれば、骨付きモモ肉のように、骨付き肢肉に表面又は裏面がある場合、制御部は、姿勢情報及び表裏面情報に基づいてアームの動作を制御することで、骨付き肢肉の表面又は裏面のどちらかが常に同一方向を向くようにハンガに懸架し、あるいは脱骨装置などの加工部に投入できる。
前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置から前記骨付き肢肉を受領して前記加工部側へ渡すためのローダ部を備え、
前記ローダ部は、回動軸と、該回動軸を中心に回動可能であって、前記回動軸に対して等角度差で配置された3個以上のハンガと、を備える。
上記(12)の構成によれば、骨付き肢肉をクランプ装置からローダ部のハンガに懸架するとき、上記判別部で得られる骨付き肢肉の姿勢情報に基づいて懸架するハンガを選択することで、アーム及びクランプ装置の動作を簡素化できる。これによって、ハンガへの懸架速度を増加でき、あるいは加工部への骨付き肢肉の投入速度を増加できる。
前記制御部は、前記判別部で判別した前記骨付き肢肉の上面が表面であるとき、前記回動軸と前記アームを回動可能に支持する支持部とを結ぶ基準線に対して一方側で前記骨付き肢肉を前記クランプ装置から前記ハンガに懸架し、前記判別部で判別した前記骨付き肢肉の上面が裏面であるとき、前記中心線に対して他方側で前記骨付き肢肉を前記クランプ装置から前記ハンガに懸架するように前記ローダ部を制御するように構成される。
上記(13)の構成によれば、把持前の骨付き肢肉の上面が表面であるときと裏面であるときとで、上記基準線を境とする異なる位置でハンガに懸架することで、アーム及びクランプ装置の動作を簡素化でき、これによって、ハンガへの懸架速度あるいは加工部への投入速度を増加できる。

前記一対のクランプ片で前記クランプ部位を把持して移送する把持ステップと、

上記(14)の方法によれば、上記把持ステップの前に、上記前段ステップがあるため、一対のクランプ片でクランプ部位を確実に把持できる。また、安定して把持できるため、一対のクランプ片の把持動作を速めることができ、ハンガへの懸架速度あるいは加工部への投入速度を増加できる。
前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプ片の各々に設けられ、前記中心線側に向けて延在する接触片を含み、
前記把持ステップにおいて、前記接触片の少なくとも一方を前記骨付き肢肉のくぼみに挿入する。
上記(15)の方法によれば、一対のクランプ片で骨付き肢肉を把持すると同時に、接触片を骨付き肢肉のくぼみに挿入するため、把持された骨付き肢肉の回動やぐらつきを抑制できる。

一方、一つの構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。
さらに、支持部14を位置制御及び姿勢制御可能なアームに取り付け、骨付き肢肉Wを把持したクランプ装置10を所望の位置及び姿勢に制御することで、骨付き肢肉Wを所望の向きでハンガに懸架でき、あるいは該ハンガを介して脱骨装置などの加工部に投入できる。
また、支持部14の背面に取付板28が設けられ、支持部14は取付板28を介して支持部14の位置及び姿勢を制御可能な多軸多関節なアームに取り付けられる。
この実施形態によれば、一対のクランプ片12で骨付き肢肉Wを把持したとき、接触片30で骨付き肢肉Wを固定できるため、骨付き肢肉Wの回動やぐらつきを防止できる。
図4は、骨付き肢肉Wとして鶏などの食鳥の骨付きモモ肉を一対のクランプ片12で把持した状態を示す。骨付き肢肉Wが食鳥の骨付きモモ肉である場合、肢首部fに長手方向にくぼみdが存在する。接触片30が開閉方向平面に対し交差する方向(図示では直交する方向)に沿って延在する板状体であるとき、接触片30の一辺はくぼみdに挿入されるため、骨付きモモ肉に対する保持力をさらに向上できる。
この実施形態によれば、壁部32の存在によりクランプ片12の強度を高めることができると共に、壁部32はクランプ片12の先端部18に対して上記位置関係にあるため、把持動作の初期にクランプ片12の先端部18ですくい上げられた骨付き肢肉Wを回動抑制部16が支えることができる。これによって、骨付き肢肉Wを確実に把持できる。
この実施形態によれば、第1壁部32(32a)、第2壁部32(32b)及び第3壁部32(32c)がクランプ片12で把持された骨付き肢肉Wを囲むように配置されるため、把持動作の初期にクランプ片12の先端部18がすくい上げた骨付き肢肉Wを第1壁部32(32a)、第2壁部32(32b)及び第3壁部32(32c)で囲い込み、骨付き肢肉Wが先端部18から外れるのを防ぎ、かつ把持された骨付き肢肉Wの回動及びぐらつきを抑制できる。
この実施形態によれば、一対のクランプ片12が骨付き肢肉Wを把持するとき、クランプ片12が骨付き肢肉Wが置かれたワーク載置面に対して傾斜していても、第3壁部32(32c)をワーク載置面に接近できる。これによって、クランプ片12の先端部18ですくい上げられた骨付き肢肉Wの下方に第3壁部32(32c)を挿入でき、骨付き肢肉Wが先端部18から外れるのを防止できる。これによって、骨付き肢肉Wを確実に把持できる。
この実施形態によれば、一対のクランプ片12が閉状態になる前にクランプ片12の先端部同士を閉じることができるので、クランプ片先端側からの骨付き肢肉Wの落下を防止できる。
図3に示す実施形態では、一対の先端部18(18a、18b)は、開閉方向平面に直交する方向にずらして配置されている。これによって、先端部18(18a、18b)を互いに重なり合うようにすることができる。
上記構成によれば、上記構成のクランプ装置10を備えることで、骨付き肢肉Wを確実に把持でき、また、安定した把持が可能になるため、クランプ片12の動作を速めることができる。さらに、アーム42によって骨付き肢肉Wを把持したクランプ装置10を所望の位置及び姿勢に制御することで、骨付き肢肉Wを所望の向きでローダ部52のハンガ54に懸架でき、あるいはさらにハンガ54を介して加工部50に投入できる。
この実施形態によれば、食鳥の骨付きモモ肉のように、骨付き肢肉Wに表面又は裏面がある場合、制御部48は、姿勢情報及び表裏面情報に基づいてアーム42の動作を制御することで、骨付き肢肉Wの表面又は裏面のどちらかが常に同一方向を向くようにハンガ54に懸架し、あるいはさらに脱骨装置などの加工部50に投入できる。
この実施形態によれば、骨付き肢肉Wをクランプ装置10からローダ部52のハンガ54に懸架するとき、判別部46で得られる骨付き肢肉Wの姿勢情報に基づいて懸架するハンガ54を選択することで、アーム42及びクランプ装置10の動作を簡素化できる。これによって、ハンガ54への懸架速度を増加でき、あるいは加工部50に投入する骨付き肢肉Wの投入速度を増加できる。
一実施形態では、図8及び図9に示すように、制御部48は、判別部46で判別した骨付き肢肉Wの上面が表面であるとき、回動軸53とアーム42を回動可能に支持する支持部43とを結ぶ基準線Baに対して一方側で骨付き肢肉Wをクランプ装置10からハンガ54に懸架し、判別部46で判別した骨付き肢肉Wの上面が裏面であるとき、基準線Baに対して他方側で骨付き肢肉Wをクランプ装置10からハンガ54に懸架するように制御するように構成される。
上記方法によれば、把持ステップS14の前に、前段ステップS10を行うことで、一対のクランプ片12でクランプ部位を確実に把持でき、これによって、一対のクランプ片12の把持動作を速めることができるため、ハンガ54への懸架速度あるいは加工部50への投入速度を増加できる。
この実施形態によれば、一対のクランプ片12で骨付き肢肉Wを把持すると同時に、接触片30をくぼみdに挿入するため、把持された骨付き肢肉Wの回動やぐらつきを抑制でき、把持姿勢を保持できる。
なお、骨付き肢肉Wは、食鳥に限らず、豚、牛、羊等の家畜の前肢、後肢等の骨付き肢肉全般を含む。

Claims (15)
- 骨付き肢肉を把持するための一対のクランプ片と、
各々の前記クランプ片の基部において前記一対のクランプ片を開閉可能に支持する支持部と、
前記一対のクランプ片の開閉方向を含む平面に対して直交する方向に沿って前記一対のクランプ片の表面から突出するように設けられ、前記骨付き肢肉の回動を抑制するための回動抑制部と、
を含み、
前記一対のクランプ片の各々は、前記一対のクランプ片の開状態において、前記回動抑制部より前記一対のクランプ片間の中心線寄りの位置であって、かつ、前記中心線に沿った方向において前記回動抑制部よりも前記支持部から遠い位置に先端部を有することを特徴とする骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。 - 前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプの各々に設けられ、前記中心線側に向けて延在する接触片を含み、
前記接触片は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において前記骨付き肢肉に接触するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。 - 前記接触片は、前記平面に対し交差する方向に沿って延在する板状体で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。
- 前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプ片間の空間を挟んで対向するように、前記一対のクランプ片にそれぞれ設けられる壁部を含み、
各々の前記クランプ片の前記先端部は、前記開状態において、前記壁部よりも前記中心線寄りに位置するとともに、前記中心線に沿った方向において前記壁部よりも前記支持部から遠くに位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。 - 前記壁部は、少なくとも部分的に、各々の前記クランプ片の前記中心線から遠い側の輪郭に沿って延在することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。
- 前記壁部は、
前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において、前記中心線に沿って延在する第1壁部と、
前記第1壁部の前記支持部側の端部に接続され、前記第1壁部から前記中心線に向かって屈曲して延在する第2壁部と、
前記第1壁部の前記支持部とは反対側の端部に接続され、前記第1壁部から前記中心線に向かって屈曲して延在する第3壁部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。 - 前記第2壁部及び前記第3壁部は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において、前記中心線に対して傾斜し、前記第3壁部の前記中心線に対する傾斜角は前記第2壁部の前記中心線に対する傾斜角より小さいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。
- 各々の前記クランプ片の前記先端部は、前記一対のクランプ片の閉状態において、前記平面と直交する方向から視たとき、互いに重なり合うように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置。
- 骨付き肢肉を加工部に投入するための投入装置であって、
請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置と、
前記支持部を支持し、かつ、前記クランプ装置の動作を制御可能なアームと、
を備え、
前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置で把持した前記骨付き肢肉を前記加工部に投入することを特徴とする骨付き肢肉の投入装置。 - 前記骨付き肢肉を前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置まで搬送するコンベアと、
前記コンベアで搬送される前記骨付き肢肉の姿勢情報を取得可能な判別部と、
前記判別部で得た前記姿勢情報に基づいて前記アームを動作させ、前記骨付き肢肉を定められた向きで前記加工部に投入する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨付き肢肉の投入装置。 - 前記姿勢情報は、前記コンベアに載せられた前記骨付き肢肉の上面が表面又は裏面である表裏面情報を含み、
前記制御部は、前記姿勢情報及び前記表裏面情報に基づいて前記アームの動作を制御し、前記骨付き肢肉を前記加工部に表面又は裏面のどちらかが常に前記加工部に対し同一方向を向くように投入するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の骨付き肢肉の投入装置。 - 前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ装置から前記骨付き肢肉を受領して前記加工部側へ渡すためのローダ部を備え、
前記ローダ部は、回動軸と、該回動軸を中心に回動可能であって、前記回動軸に対して等角度差で配置された3個以上のハンガと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の骨付き肢肉の投入装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記判別部で判別した前記骨付き肢肉の上面が表面であるとき、前記回動軸と前記アームを回動可能に支持する支持部とを結ぶ基準線に対して一方側で前記骨付き肢肉を前記クランプ装置から前記ハンガに懸架し、前記判別部で判別した前記骨付き肢肉の上面が裏面であるとき、前記中心線に対して他方側で前記骨付き肢肉を前記クランプ装置から前記ハンガに懸架するように前記ローダ部を制御するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の骨付き肢肉の投入装置。
- 骨付き肢肉を把持するための一対のクランプ片と、各々の前記クランプ片の基部において前記一対のクランプ片を開閉可能に支持する支持部と、前記一対のクランプ片の開閉方向を含む平面に対して直交する方向に沿って前記一対のクランプ片の表面から突出するように設けられ、前記骨付き肢肉の回動を抑制するための回動抑制部と、を含み、前記一対のクランプ片の各々は、前記一対のクランプ片の開状態において、前記回動抑制部より前記一対のクランプ片間の中心線寄りの位置であって、かつ、前記中心線に沿った方向において前記回動抑制部よりも前記支持部から遠い位置に先端部を有するクランプ装置を用いて前記骨付き肢肉を把持するクランプ方法であって、
前記一対のクランプ片を閉動作させ、前記一対のクランプ片の前記先端部を前記骨付き肢肉のクランプ部位の下方に挿入して該クランプ部位をすくい上げる前段ステップと、
前記一対のクランプ片で前記クランプ部位を把持して移送する把持ステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする骨付き肢肉のクランプ方法。 - 前記回動抑制部は、前記一対のクランプ片の各々に設けられ、前記中心線側に向けて延在する接触片を含み、
前記把持ステップにおいて、前記接触片の一方を前記骨付き肢肉のくぼみに挿入することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の骨付き肢肉のクランプ方法。
