Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson (1) comprenant un corps (2) ; une cavité de cuisson (3) disposée dans le corps (2) et dans laquelle les produits alimentaires à cuire sont placés ; un carter (4) sous forme de boîte à côté avant ouvert et entourant la cavité de cuisson (3) ; un dispositif de chauffage (5) disposé dans la cavité de cuisson (3) et assurant la cuisson des aliments ; et au moins un ventilateur (6) permettant de diriger la chaleur produite par le dispositif de chauffage (5) sur les aliments. Un couvercle (7) est disposé pivotant sur la cavité de cuisson (3) et comporte une position ouverte permettant l'accès au ventilateur (6) et au dispositif de chauffage (5) par l'intermédiaire de la cavité de cuisson (3), et une position fermée servant à empêcher le contact avec le dispositif de chauffage (5) et le ventilateur (6).
