Abstract

Description
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统及具有该系统的主体结构。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如强电电线多预埋于主体结构的楼层板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改装成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与主体结构不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
现有的天花装饰线,如石膏线,是房屋装修材料,用于室内墙面的装饰,可带各种花纹实现美观作用,其具有防火、防潮、保温、隔音、隔热功能,并能起到豪华的装饰效果,但是并没有布线功能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统及具有该系统的主体结构,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将强电电线设置于主体结构结构内导致在线路维修时损坏主体结构的问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,提供一种集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,该系统包括包括装饰主体、装饰盖板以及若干强电电线,所述的若干强电电线相互间隔地安装于所述装饰主体内,所述装饰盖板可拆卸地盖罩在所述装饰主体上。
进一步地,所述装饰盖板与所述装饰主体相互卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述装饰主体包括布线件,所述布线件上设置有沿其长度方向布设的若干线槽,所述强电电线嵌置于所述线槽内,所述装饰盖板与所述布线件相互卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述的若干线槽相互间隔布设。
进一步地,所述装饰主体还包括线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板可拆卸地盖封所述布线体上的线槽。
进一步地,所述线槽的槽口均设有卡位,所述线槽盖板上设置有卡凸,所述卡凸卡置于所述卡位中。
进一步地,所述布线件上设置有卡接件,所述装饰盖板上设置有卡槽,所述卡接件与所述卡槽相互卡接。
进一步地,所述线槽设置于所述布线件内侧的上端和/或侧端。
进一步地,所述装饰主体与装饰盖板的材质均为木塑复合材料,所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
本发明实施例还提供一种主体结构,包括相接的墙板和楼层板以及上述的天花装饰线系统,所述天花线装饰线系统安装于所述墙板与楼层板之间的相接处。
进一步地,所述天花线装饰线系统的装饰主体通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装在所述墙板及楼层板上。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的天花装饰线系统,将若干强电电线相互间隔地安装于装饰主体内,然后将装饰盖板可拆卸地盖罩在装饰主体上,实现了线路与主体结构的分离,使得在线路损坏需要进行维修时只需要拆卸装饰盖板即可方便维修,克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板、墙板的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。该装饰线系统通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,便于户型改装,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间和便利性,线路设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本,极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少维修时对楼下用户影响,环保可靠,极大提升居住者满足度。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明一提供的一种集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统100,该天花装饰系统100包括装饰主体1、装饰盖板2以及强电电线3,若干强电电线3相互间隔地安装于装饰主体1内,该强电电线3一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线,其包括火线、零线、地线等。装饰盖板2可拆卸地盖罩在装饰主体1上。具体为该装饰盖板2与装饰主体1相互卡扣连接,或者装饰盖板2与装饰主体1之间通过螺钉等连接件进行相互固定。
上述的装饰主体1包括布线件11,该布线件11上设置有沿布线件11的长度方向布设的若干线槽111,为了便于制作,本实施例的线槽111与布线件11一体成型。火线、零线、地线等强电电线3分别嵌置于各个线槽111内。如图3所示,为了节约材料和方便地拆卸线槽111内的电线,布线件11上的若干线槽相互间隔布设,装饰盖板2与布线件11相互卡扣连接。该线槽111的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,同时也小于嵌置的各个强电电线3的直径,线槽111的槽壁具有弹性,强电电线3能通过按压的方式稳定嵌入于线槽111内,使得在线路维修时,只需拆除装饰盖板2即可看到电线的状况进行方便维修。在本实施例中,将强电电线3安装于布线件11的内侧上端和/或侧端上,装饰主体1与装饰盖板2的材质优选木塑复合材料,该木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。布线件11上设置有卡接件112,装饰盖板2上设置有卡槽21,布线件11与装饰盖板2之间通过卡接件112与卡槽21相互卡接的方式相互固定,在其它实施方式中,强电电线3安装位置可根据实际情况安装在布线件11上的各个位置,装饰主体1与装饰盖板2也可以为铝合金或镀锌钢等金属材质,装饰盖板2也可通过螺钉连接于布线件11上。
请参阅图6与图7所示,是本实施例二提供的另一种天花装饰线系统,天花装饰线系统中的装饰主体包括布线件11和线槽盖板12,该线槽盖板12可拆卸地盖封线槽111,具体地,线槽111的槽口设有卡位110,线槽盖板12上设置有卡凸120,该卡凸120卡置于卡位110中,使线槽盖板12能稳定地盖罩强电电线3,从而能够很好地防止电线松脱出线槽111和防止漏电造成安全隐患。本实施例二提供的天花装饰线系统的结构除以上内容外,其他结构与实施例一相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中的线槽盖板12与线槽111以及布线件11与装饰盖板2之间均通过卡扣方式进行可拆卸连接,在装饰主体1的布线件11上设置有用于与主体结构固定连接的连接孔或安装部,使得该天花装饰线系统100能够通过螺钉连接或卡扣连接安装于主体结构上。
请参阅图4所示,为本发明实施例一提供的一种主体结构200,该主体结构200包括相接的墙板201和楼层板202以及上述的天花装饰线系统100,该天花线装饰线系统100安装于墙板201与楼层板202之间的相接处,具体为天花装饰系统200的布线件11上端通过螺钉203与楼层板202连接固定,布线件11的侧端亦通过螺钉与墙板201连接固定,当然,天花装饰系统100的布线件11也可通过粘接方式贴设于墙板201和楼层板上202。
请一同参阅图5所示,为本发明实施例一提供的另一种主体结构200,该主体结构200包括相接的墙板201和楼层板202以及上述的天花装饰线系统100,在墙板201的内侧上端及楼层板202的内侧下端均设置有安装槽,在天花装饰线系统100的布线件11上端及侧端设置安装部114,通过安装部114嵌入安装槽内,以实现该天花线装饰线系统100与墙板201、楼层板202的便捷安装。
综上所述,本发明实施例将强电电线3集中收纳于天花装饰线系统100的布线件11内,实现了线路与主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼层板、墙板的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。同时,线槽盖板12与线槽111以及布线件11与装饰盖板2之间通过可拆卸地连接方式,便于对强电电线3进行维修。本发明通过将线路与主体结构进行分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,使得在线路损坏需要进行维修时只需要拆卸装饰盖板即可方便维修,并且便于天花装饰线系统的改装;线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本,极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,施工环保,减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

- 一种集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,包括装饰主体、装饰盖板以及若干强电电线,所述的若干强电电线相互间隔地安装于所述装饰主体内,所述装饰盖板可拆卸地盖罩在所述装饰主体上。
- 如权利要求1所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述装饰盖板与所述装饰主体相互卡扣连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述装饰主体包括布线件,所述布线件上设置有沿其长度方向布设的若干线槽,所述强电电线嵌置于所述线槽内,所述装饰盖板与所述布线件相互卡扣连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述的若干线槽相互间隔布设。
- 如权利要求3所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述装饰主体还包括线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板可拆卸地盖封所述布线体上的线槽。
- 如权利要求5所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述线槽的槽口均设有卡位,所述线槽盖板上设置有卡凸,所述卡凸卡置于所述卡位中。
- 如权利要求3所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述布线件上设置有卡接件,所述装饰盖板上设置有卡槽,所述卡接件与所述卡槽相互卡接。
- 如权利要求3所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述线槽设置于所述布线件内侧的上端和/或侧端。
- 如权利要求1所述的集成强电电线的天花装饰线系统,其特征在于,所述装饰主体与装饰盖板的材质均为木塑复合材料,所述木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
- 一种主体结构,包括相接的墙板和楼层板,其特征在于,所述主体结构还包括1至9中任意一项所述的天花装饰线系统,所述天花线装饰线系统安装于所述墙板与楼层板之间的相接处。
