Abstract
一种天花吊顶的布线件,包括布线件主体(1),布线件主体(1)上设置有用于嵌置电线的至少一个线槽(101),该线槽(101)的槽壁沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。该布线件适用于建筑技术领域,能方便在天花吊顶中布线,在实现天花吊顶本身功能的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离;克服了传统预埋电线维修时需要开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对主体结构的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
Description
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种天花吊顶的布线件。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内电线施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统电线预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
天花吊顶在现在家装中,根据装修位置来区分,可以分为厨卫吊顶,客厅卧室吊顶,走廊吊顶等类型,按材质来分可以分为石膏天花吊顶,塑钢天花吊顶,玻璃天花吊顶,金属天花吊顶等。天花吊顶的功用从最开始的遮丑,发展到现今的美观、隔音等众多功能,如今天的花吊顶线条简洁流畅,造型美观,色泽优雅,并且有古铜、黄金、红、蓝、奶白等颜色;规格恰好与住宅的宽度相吻合,与大理石、铝合金门窗等材料连接浑然一体,高雅华丽,为适静的居室环境锦上添花。然而,现有的天花吊顶并没有布线的功能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在天花吊顶内布线的过程中使用的布线件。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的,一种天花吊顶的布线件,包括:
布线件主体;
所述布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽,所述线槽用于嵌置电线,所述线槽的槽壁沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
进一步地,所述布线件还包括:线槽盖板;
所述线槽的槽口设有卡位,所述线槽盖板上设置有数量与所述线槽相同的卡扣,所述线槽盖板上的各个卡扣分别与对应的线槽的卡位相卡接。
进一步地,所述线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度。
进一步地,所述线槽的槽壁具有弹性。
进一步地,所述布线件主体上设置有两个或两个以上线槽,各所述线槽之间相互电气隔离。
进一步地,所述布线件主体的底部设置有卡件,用于与天花吊顶中的卡槽卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述布线件主体的底部设置有通孔,用于穿过螺钉,以使所述布线件主体与天花吊顶螺纹连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的天花吊顶的布线件,包括布线件主体,布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽,该线槽用于嵌置电线,线槽的槽壁沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔,该布线件能方便在天花吊顶中布线,在实现天花吊顶本身功能的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离。克服了传统预埋电线维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、2所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种天花吊顶的布线件,包括布线件主体1及线槽盖板2。
布线件主体1上设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽101,线槽盖板2与线槽101的槽口卡扣连接。
线槽101用于嵌置电线,线槽101的槽口设有卡位102,线槽盖板上设置有数量与所述线槽相同的卡扣201,线槽盖板2上的各个卡扣201分别与对应的线槽的卡位102相卡接。进一步地,如图5所示,为了节省材料,线槽的槽壁可沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
上述线槽101的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,同时也小于各自嵌置的电线的直径,线槽101的槽壁具有弹性,电线能通过按压的方式嵌入于线槽101内。
上述布线件主体上设置有两个或两个以上线槽101,各线槽101之间相互电气隔离。各线槽101中可以但不限于嵌置:强电电线及弱电电线中的一种或多种。
上述的弱电电线以及强电电线是以电压分界的,工作电压在交流24V以上为强电,以下为弱电。强电电线一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线。弱电电线包括网线、电话线、有线电视线中的一种或至少两种。强电电线包括火线、零线、地线等。
上述布线件主体1的底部设置有通孔,用于穿过螺钉,以使布线件主体与天花吊顶螺纹连接。具体的,天花吊顶上设置有螺纹孔,螺钉穿过上述布线件主体1的底部的通孔,并与天花吊顶上的螺纹孔螺纹连接,以将布线件牢固地固定在天花吊顶中。
如图3、4所示,布线件主体1的底部设置有卡件103,用于与天花吊顶中的卡槽卡扣连接。具体的,天花吊顶内设置有与卡件103相匹配的卡槽,卡件103卡接在天花吊顶中的卡槽内,以将布线件牢固地固定在天花吊顶中。
本实施例的天花吊顶的布线件,包括布线件主体,布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽,该线槽用于嵌置电线,线槽的槽壁沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔,该布线件能方便在天花吊顶中布线,在实现天花吊顶本身功能的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离。克服了传统预埋电线维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。

- 一种天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,包括:
布线件主体;
所述布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽,所述线槽用于嵌置电线,所述线槽的槽壁沿电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。 - 如权利要求1所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述布线件还包括:线槽盖板;
所述线槽的槽口设有卡位,所述线槽盖板上设置有数量与所述线槽相同的卡扣,所述线槽盖板上的各个卡扣分别与对应的线槽的卡位相卡接。 - 如权利要求2所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度。
- 如权利要求3所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述线槽的槽壁具有弹性。
- 如权利要求4所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述布线件主体上设置有两个或两个以上线槽,各所述线槽之间相互电气隔离。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述布线件主体的底部设置有卡件,用于与天花吊顶中的卡槽卡扣连接。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的天花吊顶的布线件,其特征在于,所述布线件主体的底部设置有通孔,用于穿过螺钉,以使所述布线件主体与天花吊顶螺纹连接。
