Abstract
Die Offenbarung betrifft einen Kompressor (100), insbesondere Schraubenkompressor, zur Erzeugung von Druckluft sowie ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines solchen Kompressors (100). Der Kompressor (100) umfasst einen Verdichterblock (4) mit Flüssigkeitseinspritzung zur Verdichtung von angesaugter Luft, einen Flüssigkeitsabscheider (5), der über eine Druckleitung (52) mit dem Verdichterblock (4) verbunden ist und einen Abscheidebehälter (6) und einen Feinabscheider (7) aufweist, eine Rückführleitung (53) zur Rückführung von abgeschiedener Flüssigkeit aus dem Abscheidebehälter (6) in den Verdichterblock (4), eine Absaugleitung (56) zur Absaugung von Flüssigkeit von mindestens einer Absaugstelle (33) des Feinabscheiders (7) zu einer Zuführstelle (34), um die abgesaugte Flüssigkeit dem Verdichterblock (4) zuzuführen, ein steuerbares Ventil (19) zur Regelung der Durchflussmenge durch die Absaugleitung (56), eine Steuereinheit (60) zur Steuerung des Ventils (19), und einen Medienwechselsensor (18) zur Erfassung eines Medienwechsels eines in der Absaugleitung (56) strömenden Mediums, insbesondere von abgesaugter Flüssigkeit zu Druckluft, der mit der Steuereinheit (60) verbunden ist.
