背景技术
现有的静脉药物调配过程中,当药液按照既定的计量注入到溶媒袋后,需要校核调配完成后溶媒的质量。现有技术中的校核需要人手动从配药设备内部取出溶媒袋放到称重天平上进行校核。
若是不对注入到溶媒袋的药液的质量进行校核,则配药流程不规范,安全隐患大。若是采用手动从配药设备取出溶媒袋进行校核,校核效率低,而且校过程中溶媒质量有误,无法再放入配药设备进行二次处理,造成药物浪费。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种药品成品称重装置、称重方法及配药设备,旨在解决现有技术中静脉药物调配过程中,药液注入到溶媒袋后的质量校核的校核效率低的问题。

现有的配药设备是一种可自动根据医生的处方上进行配药。因此配药设备具有扫描模块可自动扫描药品的位置,并具有相应的药品处理模块,如消毒模块,用于在配药前对药品及药具进行消毒,还有药品开启模块,用于开启药品药具。配药设备还具有相对密封的配药空腔,并可以控制配药空腔的配药环境。但现有的配药设备,如果是要配置药液,当药液注入到溶媒袋后,配药设备无法校核调配完成后溶媒的质量。现有的手动校核调配效率低,药物损耗大。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种配药设备,请参阅图1和图2,如图1和图2所示,配药设备1包括控制器(图中未示出)、药品转移模块10和药品成品称重装置20,药品成品称重装置用于对配药设备调配 完成后的药品成品的质量进行测量,并将测量结果反馈至控制器,控制器获取药品称重装置的检测结果生成药品转移指令,药品转移模块用于根据药品转移指令对药品成品进行转移。
具体地,如果药品成品少于预定的质量,则通过药品转移模块添加对应的药品成品至现有的药品成品,并再通过药品成品称重装置测量现有的药品成品,重复上述步骤,直至药品成品的质量等于预定的质量。其中预定质量为配药的目标量,预先存储在配药设备中。如果药品成品的质量多于预定的质量,则通过药品转移模块转移出多余量至指定的回收位置,并再次通过药品成品称重装置进行测量,重复上述步骤,直至药品成品的质量等于预定的质量。本发明实施例中药品成品是指调配完成后的溶媒,溶媒预先通过配药设备注入溶媒袋中。以下实施例中可用溶媒代替药品成品。
进一步地,如图3和图4所示,药品成品称重装置20包括药品成品传送模块21和称重模块22,药品成品传送模块21用于获取配药设备配药后的药品成品23,并传送至称重模块;称重模块22用于对药品成品的重量进行检测,并将检测结果反馈至配药设备1。

基于上述的药品成品称重装置的结构可知,溶媒称重原理具体为:溶媒袋固定在夹具上,夹具放入夹具座;称重模块旋转至夹具正下方;升降单元下降;夹具底座接触称重模块;升降单元继续下降预定距离;夹具脱离夹具座;称重模块开始称重,并记录数据;升降单元上升,夹具脱离称重模块;称重模块旋转90度;溶媒称重完毕。其中预定距离是由配药设备中的伺服电机进行控制。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于上述的药品成品称重装置的称重方法,应用于配药设备,如图8所示,方法包括:
步骤S100、配药设备配药完成后生成药品成品;
步骤S200、药品成品传送模块获取药品成品,并传送至称重模块;
步骤S300、称重模块对药品成品的重量进行检测,并将检测结果反馈至配药设备。
具体实施时,配药设备按照预定的计量将药液注入溶媒袋后,将溶媒袋传送至药品成品传送模块,溶媒袋与药品成品传送模块固定,并随着药品成品传送模块运动,直到运动至称重模块处,称重模块对溶媒袋的重量进行检测,并将检测结果反馈至配药设备的控制器。配药设备的控制器根据称重模块的称重结果与预先设置的重量结果进行对比,并根据对比结果对溶媒袋的质量进行增减。
进一步地,其中称重模块为称重传感器,称重传感器包括但不限于光电式称重传感器、液压式称重传感器、电磁力式称重传感器、电容式称重传感器、磁极变形式称重传感器、振动式称重传感器、陀螺仪式称重传感器、电阻应变式传感器。优选地,可采用电阻应变式传感器,电阻应变式可根据电阻随之改变,测量迅速而且准确。
进一步地,步骤S200具体为:
称重模块从初始位置旋转至夹具下方,升降单元下降,夹具的下端接触称重模块;
升降单元继续下降预定距离后,夹具与夹具座脱离。
具体实施时,称重模块从初始位置旋转至夹具下方,升降单元开始下降,夹具的下端与称重模块进行接触,由于夹具与夹具座的接触部分为斜面,升降单元继续下降预定距离后,夹具与夹具座脱离,称重模块开始称重。
进一步地,步骤S300具体为:
称重模块开始称重,并记录数据;
升降单元上升预定距离后,夹具与称重模块脱离;
称重模块旋转至初始位置,称重结束。
具体实施时,称重结束后,升降单元开始上升,在上升预定距离后,夹具的下端与称重模块脱离,夹具随着升降单元上升,同时称重模块移动至初始位置,称重结束。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种药品成品称重装置,应用于配药设备,其特征在于,包括药品成品传送模块和称重模块,
    所述药品成品传送模块用于获取配药设备配药后的药品成品,并传送至称重模块;
    所述称重模块用于对药品成品的重量进行检测,并将检测结果反馈至配药设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的药品成品称重装置,其特征在于,所述药品成品传送模块包括夹具单元和升降单元,
    所述夹具单元用于对药品成品进行夹持,并随所述升降单元的升降而升降;
    所述升降单元用于带动所述夹具单元夹持的药品成品移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的药品成品称重装置,其特征在于,所述夹具单元包括夹具和夹具座;
    所述夹具座用于与所述升降单元连接,并带动所述夹具随所述升降单元的升降而升降;
    所述夹具用于夹持药品成品,当夹具下降至与称重模块接触时,所述夹具与所述夹具座脱离。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的药品成品称重装置,其特征在于,所述夹具座上设置有压合件,所述压合件用于在药品成品称重结束后压紧所述夹具,并在称重过程中处于打开状态,使所述夹具座与夹具分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的药品成品称重装置,其特征在于,所述夹具包括夹具头、支撑杆和底座;
    所述夹具头用于固定所述药品成品;
    所述支撑杆用于连接所述夹具头和所述底座,并为夹具头提供支撑力;
    所述底座用于与所述称重模块接触,对药品成品称重。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的药品成品称重装置,其特征在于,所述夹具座的两侧设置有凸起,所述夹具头的两侧设置有与所述凸起适配的凹槽,所述夹具头与所述夹具座的接触面为上宽下窄的斜面。
  7. 一种基于权利要求1所述的药品成品称重装置的称重方法,应用于配药设备,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    配药设备配药完成后生成药品成品;
    药品成品传送模块获取药品成品,并传送至称重模块;
    称重模块对药品成品的重量进行检测,并将检测结果反馈至配药设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的药品成品称重装置的称重方法,其特征在于,所述药品成品传送模块包括夹具单元和升降单元,所述夹具单元包括夹具和夹具座;
    所述药品成品传送模块获取药品成品,并传送至称重模块,包括:
    称重模块从初始位置旋转至夹具下方,升降单元下降,夹具的下端接触称重模块;
    升降单元继续下降预定距离后,夹具与夹具座脱离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的药品成品称重装置的称重方法,其特征在于,所述称重模块对药品成品的重量进行检测,包括:
    称重模块开始称重,并记录数据;
    升降单元上升预定距离后,夹具与称重模块脱离;
    称重模块旋转至初始位置,称重结束。
  10. 一种配药设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-6任一项所述的药品成品称重装置,还包括控制器以及药品转移模块,所述控制器用于获取药品称重装置的检测结果生成药品转移指令,所述药品转移模块用于根据所述药品转移指令对药品成品进行转移。
