一种转动收折的自行车龙头,设有一竖管座(10)以及一可左右旋转地定位结合在该竖管座(10)顶部的龙头(20),该竖管座(10)形成一竖管旋转轴(A),该龙头(20)形成一龙头旋转轴(B),该龙头(20)的前端向前伸出形成一把手套圈构造(23),该龙头旋转轴(B)与该把手套圈构造(23)的中心的最短距离是短于该竖管旋转轴(A)与该把手套圈构造(23)的中心的最短距离,使用时,是将该竖管座(10)结合在自行车前叉的竖管,并以把手套圈构造(23)固定一把手(C),当折叠自行车时可仅将该龙头(20)向左或向右旋转90度角,使把手(C)更加靠近车架缩小自行车折叠后的宽度,方便收纳折叠自行车。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种自行车的龙头装置,尤其涉及一种配合折叠自行车收折时可使把手更靠近车架而缩小收纳所需宽度的自行车龙头。
现有的折叠自行车是在车架的中间设有车架可动关节,利用车架可动关节将车架的前、后两半折叠,这时为了避免把手左右延伸的长度占较大的体积,通常会将把手拆卸下来;然而例如电动自行车这类的折叠自行车由于会在把手上设置控制器,拆卸把手后使用时重新安装控制器十分地麻烦,因此这时不会拆卸把手而是将龙头连同把手向左或向右转90度角,使把手可以与折叠后的车架平行,成为宽度较为扁平的状态。另外也有小型折叠式脚踏车是在前叉的顶端连接设有可以朝旁翻折的竖管、龙头构造,但此种折叠构造不适合使用在一般常见尺寸自行车的车架。
上述折叠自行车的龙头与把手的构造,虽然在将龙头与把手相对车架旋转90度角时,可将把手转成与车架平行的状态,缩小收纳时所占的宽度。但由于龙头的旋转中心与把手的中心之间的长度是固定的,因此在将龙头与把手相对车架旋转90度角之后,车架与把手之间的距离无法缩得更小。如此一来,当将多部折叠电动自行车装入货柜时,无法通过更加缩减电动自行车折叠后宽度的方式在货柜中装入更多的折叠电动自行车,甚为可惜。
实用新型内容
由于现有折叠自行车的龙头在转动折叠时,无法更加缩减整体的宽度因此不能有效缩减收纳的体积。为此,本实用新型在龙头设有前后两段的旋转轴,使得把手与龙头在自行车折叠时能使把手更靠近车架,达到收折后宽度更窄的功效。
为达到上述实用新型目的,本实用新型提供一种转动收折的自行车龙头,包括:
一竖管座,该竖管座形成一竖管旋转轴;以及
一龙头,该龙头可左右旋转地定位结合在该竖管座的顶部,该龙头形成一龙头旋转轴,该龙头的前端向前伸出该竖管座的范围,在该龙头的前端部形成一把手套圈构造,该龙头旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离是短于该竖管旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离。
进一步,本实用新型所述的竖管旋转轴是相较于垂直线上侧向后倾斜0度角至30度角的状态,该龙头旋转轴与该竖管旋转轴的夹角介于0度角至30角之间,该竖管旋转轴相较于垂直线倾斜的程度与该龙头旋转轴与该竖管旋转轴的夹角成正比。
进一步,本实用新型在所述的竖管座的底面朝上凹入形成一竖管套孔,所述的竖管旋转轴是形成在该竖管套孔的轴心位置。
较佳的,本实用新型所述的竖管座包括一套管部以及一形成在该套管部顶端的座部,在该座部的顶面形成一圆形的轴槽,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该轴槽的轴心位置,所述的龙头设有一龙头本体,在该龙头本体的底面朝下凸出形成一龙头转轴,该龙头转轴插入该轴槽。
较佳的,本实用新型所述的竖管座包括一套管部以及一形成在该套管部顶端的座部,在该座部的顶面形成一圆形的轴槽,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该轴槽的轴心位置,所述的龙头设有一龙头本体,在该龙头本体的底部结合一转轴组件,该转轴组件朝下凸出该龙头本体的底面,该转轴组件插入该轴槽。
进一步,本实用新型由所述的竖管座前面的中间向后开设一剖口,该剖口的后侧与所述的竖管套孔以及所述的竖管螺栓孔相通,对应该剖口的位置,在所述的座部前侧横向贯穿一固定件穿孔,在该固定件穿孔穿置一龙头固定件。
进一步,本实用新型对应所述的剖口的左右两方,分别在所述套管部前侧的上、下位置穿设两紧束螺栓穿孔,以及在该套管部的底面朝上凹入设有一柱嵌孔,在该剖口与该柱嵌孔之间的上下位置贯穿两连接孔,在该柱嵌孔内嵌设一螺孔柱,在该螺孔柱的上下位置穿设两紧束螺孔,在各紧束螺栓穿孔穿置一紧束螺栓,各紧束螺栓穿过该剖口以及各连接孔而螺锁在各紧束螺孔固定。
进一步,本实用新型所述的龙头固定件设有一快拆板手,在该快拆板手 的前端形成一凸轮部,在该凸轮部枢接一拉杆,该拉杆是螺杆并且穿过所述的固定件穿孔,在该拉杆穿出该固定件穿孔的末端螺合一拉杆螺帽。
更进一步,本实用新型在所述竖管座的顶面向下凹入形成一定位插销凹槽,在该定位插销凹槽与该竖管座的侧面之间贯穿一拉杆孔,该拉杆孔是沿上下方向延伸的长孔;对应该定位插销凹槽的位置,在该龙头的底面凹入形成一定位销插孔;在该定位插销凹槽穿置一定位插销,在该定位插销凹槽的底部与该定位插销的底端之间抵靠设有一压缩的弹簧,该定位插销的顶端嵌设在该龙头的定位销插孔内,在该定位插销的周围结合一拉杆,该拉杆的外端向外穿出该拉杆孔的顶端。
较佳的,本实用新型在所述竖管座形成一转轴,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该转轴的轴心位置,配合该转轴的形状在所述的龙头设有一转轴套孔,以该转轴套孔套设在该转轴,以使该龙头转动后所述的把手套圈构造的轴心与地平面保持平行,在该龙头的侧面与该转轴套孔之间开设一套孔剖口,在该龙头接邻该套孔剖孔的相反两侧分别设有一对以上的锁紧部,在各对锁紧部穿设一锁紧孔,在各对锁紧孔穿置一螺栓螺帽组。
本发明具有的优点在于:
当本实用新型安装在折叠自行车时,因此该竖管座结合固定在折叠自行车前叉顶端的竖管,且该竖管的轴心与该竖管座的竖管旋转轴同心,该竖管旋转轴是该竖管座的旋转中心,接着在该把手套圈构造穿置固定一把手,即完成本实用新型的安装作业。
当需要折叠自行车与本实用新型时,是解除该龙头定位的状态,接着将该龙头与把手一同相对该竖管座向左或者向右旋转90度角。这时由于该龙头的旋转中心,也就是该龙头旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离,是短于该竖管旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离,因此使得该把手与车架之间的距离比同时转动该竖管座与该龙头时更加接近车架,有效缩减折叠后自行车的宽度,方便收纳折叠自行车或者在运送多部折叠自行车时在同一货柜内装入更多的折叠自行车。

请配合参看如图1至图5所示的本实用新型第一较佳实施例,本实用新型提供一种转动收折的自行车龙头,包括一竖管座10、一与该竖管座10可左右旋转地定位结合的龙头20、一设于该竖管座10的龙头固定件30,以及一设于该竖管座10与该龙头20之间的龙头定位件40,其中:
请配合参看图2至图5所示,该竖管座10包括一套管部11以及一形成在该套管部11顶端的座部12,该座部12的顶面是平面并且该座部12的前侧向前凸出于该套管部11的前侧,在该套管部11的底面朝上并朝后向上斜向凹入形成一竖管套孔111,该竖管套孔111是圆柱形孔并且顶端是封闭端,该竖管座10在该竖管套孔111的轴心位置形成一假想的竖管旋转轴A,该竖管旋转轴A是相较于垂直线上侧向后倾斜的状态,当该竖管座10结合固定在自行车的竖管顶端时,该竖管座10是以该竖管旋转轴A为旋转轴与自行车的竖管一同旋转,配合该竖管套孔111的中心位置,在该座部12顶面的后端向下并向前斜向穿设一竖管螺栓孔121,该竖管螺栓孔121是沉头孔并且底端与该竖管套孔111顶端的中央相通,该竖管螺栓孔121的轴心与该竖管旋转轴A同心,在该竖管螺栓孔121穿置一竖管螺栓14,该竖管螺栓14的底端伸入该竖管套孔111内。
在该座部12顶面的中间朝下垂直凹入形成一轴槽122,该轴槽122是圆形槽,该竖管座10在该轴槽122的轴心位置形成一假想的龙头旋转轴B,该座部12的顶面与地平面是平行的状态,因此该龙头旋转轴B与地平面垂直。较佳的,该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角介于0度角与30度角之间, 如本较佳实施例该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角为20度角。配合该竖管螺栓孔121以及该轴槽122,由该套管部11以及该座部12前面的中间向后开设一剖口13,该剖口13的底端以及顶端分别贯穿该套管部11的底面以及该座部12的顶面,且该剖口13的后侧贯穿该竖管套孔111以及该竖管螺栓孔121前侧的孔壁而与该竖管套孔111以及该竖管螺栓孔121相通。
对应该剖口13的左方,在该套管部11前侧左面的上、下位置分别朝右贯穿两紧束螺栓穿孔112;对应该剖口13的右方,在该套管部11的底面朝上凹入设有一柱嵌孔113,对应两紧束螺栓穿孔112的位置,在该剖口13与该柱嵌孔113之间贯穿两连接孔114,各连接孔114的相反两端分别连接该剖口13以及该柱嵌孔113,在该柱嵌孔113内嵌设一螺孔柱115,该螺孔柱115的上、下两侧横向穿设两紧束螺孔116,两紧束螺孔116分别与两连接孔114相通,在各紧束螺栓穿孔112穿置一紧束螺栓117,各紧束螺栓117穿过该剖口13以及各连接孔114而螺锁在各紧束螺孔116固定。
对应该剖口13的位置,在该座部12前侧的左、右两面之间横向贯穿一固定件穿孔123,该固定件穿孔123的中间穿过该剖口13,在该座部12的右侧面凹入一沿前后方向延伸的快拆板手槽124,该快拆板手槽124的前端部与该固定件穿孔123的右端相通。在该座部12顶面后面的右侧垂直向下凹入形成一定位插销凹槽125,在该定位插销凹槽125与该座部12的右面,也就是该快拆板手槽124后端部的内面之间贯穿一拉杆孔126,该拉杆孔126是沿上下方向延伸的长孔,且该拉杆孔126相反的两端分别与该定位插销凹槽125以及该快拆板手槽124相通。
该龙头20设有一龙头本体21,该龙头本体21遮盖该竖管座10的顶面,配合该轴槽122的位置,在该龙头本体21的底面朝下凸出形成一龙头转轴22,以该龙头转轴22可左右转动地插入该轴槽122,使该龙头20能以该龙头旋转轴B为旋转轴相对该竖管座10左右转动。配合该定位插销凹槽125的上方位置,在该龙头本体21的底面凹入形成一定位销插孔211。该龙头本体21的前端朝前伸出该竖管座10上方的范围,在该龙头本体21的前端形成一圆环状的把手套圈构造23,该把手套圈构造23的内侧形成一沿左右方向贯穿的把手孔231,该把手套圈构造23的中心位于该把手孔231轴心的中央。该龙头旋转轴B与该把手套圈构造23的中心的最短距离小于该竖管旋转轴A与该把手 套圈构造23的中心的最短距离。
该龙头固定件30是一种快拆把手并且穿置在该竖管座10的该固定件穿孔123,该龙头固定件30设有一形状配合该快拆板手槽124的快拆板手31,将该快拆板手31容置在该快拆板手槽124。在该快拆板手31的前端形成一凸轮部311,对应该拉杆孔126顶端的位置,在该快拆板手31的后侧穿设一拉杆容纳孔312。在该凸轮部311枢接一拉杆32,该拉杆32是螺杆并且向左穿过该固定件穿孔123以及该剖口13,在该拉杆32穿出该固定件穿孔123的末端螺合一拉杆螺帽33。在该拉杆32的右端部套设一垫片34,该垫片34抵靠在该竖管座10的表面以及该凸轮部311之间。
该龙头定位件40设有一定位插销41,该定位插销41是穿置在该定位插销凹槽125内,在该定位插销凹槽125的底部与该定位插销41的底端之间抵靠设有一压缩的弹簧42,该定位插销41的顶端向上伸出该定位插销凹槽125并且嵌设在该龙头20的定位销插孔211内,定位该龙头20的位置使其不能相对该竖管座10旋转,在该定位插销41的周围结合一拉杆43,该拉杆43的外端向外穿出该拉杆孔126的顶端,该拉杆43的外端穿置在该快拆板手31的该拉杆容纳孔312。
当本实用新型安装在折叠自行车时,请看看图3、图8所示的本实用新型第一较佳实施例,因此该竖管座10的该竖管套孔111套合在自行车前叉顶端的竖管,该竖管的轴心是上侧向后的倾斜状态,例如本较佳实施例是向后倾斜20度角的倾斜状态。该竖管座10以两紧束螺栓117锁紧的方式紧束该竖管的外壁,加上转动该加上转动该竖管螺栓14带动竖管内的迫紧块组件紧迫该竖管的内壁,由此将该竖管座10固定在自行车前叉顶端的竖管;又将一把手C穿置结合在该龙头20前端部的该把手孔231内固定,将本实用新型安装在折叠自行车使用。
接着请配合参看图3以及图6至图8所示的第一较佳实施例,当使用者需要折叠自行车的龙头时,是将龙头固定件30的该快拆板手31向外扳开,使得该龙头固定件30的该凸轮部311转动至释放该龙头20的龙头转轴22的位置。接着将拉杆43往下扳,带动该定位插销41的顶端向下脱离该龙头20底面的该定位销插孔211,这时该龙头20被完全释放而可以转动。
接着以该龙头旋转轴B为旋转轴,将该龙头20相对于该竖管座10向左 或向右转动90度角,这时由于该竖管座10的该竖管旋转轴A以及折叠自行车的竖管的轴心,相对于地平面的垂直线都是上侧向后倾斜20度角的状态,加上该龙头20的龙头旋转轴B设计为与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角是20度角的状态,使得该龙头旋转轴B与地平面垂直。如图6所示,因此当龙头20相对于该竖管座10向左或者向右旋转,该把手套圈构造23的轴心与地平面平行,该把手C的左右相反两端的高度都与折叠自行车骑乘使用时的高度相同,可以避免把手C转动后一侧翘起,减少折叠后所占的体积。
本实用新型除上述第一较佳实施例,是利用该龙头固定件30以及该龙头定位件40将该龙头20可左右旋转地定位结合在该竖管座10的顶端以外,单以该龙头固定件30即可固定该竖管座10,该龙头定位件40是进一步利用插销的手段避免该龙头固定件30松开时,该龙头20会突然相对于该竖管座10转动的保险防护措施,是一种选择性的定位手段。
该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角,是随着该竖管旋转轴A相较于垂直线上侧向后倾斜的程度而定,例如该竖管旋转轴A的倾斜程度越小或越大,例如是10度角至30度角,则该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角的角度也随之越小或越大,例如是10度角至30度角,只要最终能使该龙头旋转轴B接近与地平面垂直的状态,都能避免把手C在该龙头20相对于该竖管座10旋转收折后翘起。
再请参看图3以及图9所示,当以该龙头旋转轴B为旋转轴,将该龙头20相对于该竖管座10向左或向右转动90度角时,由于该龙头旋转轴B与该把手套圈构造23的中心的最短距离小于该竖管旋转轴A与该把手套圈构造23的中心的最短距离,因此这时该把手C与该车架D之间的距离,会短于同时转动该竖管座10以及该龙头20时该把手C与该车架D之间的距离。如此,能使运用本实用新型的折叠自行车在折叠后能进一步地缩小宽度,除了方便使用者收纳以外,也能在相同的空间例如货柜的空间内,容纳更多部折叠自行车,降低单部折叠自行车运送的费用并增加同一货柜运送折叠自行车的数量。
本实用新型除上述第一较佳实施例,主要包括竖管座10以及可左右旋转地定位结合在该竖管座10的龙头20,且该龙头转轴22是一体形成在该龙头本体21的底面以外。如图10所示的本实用新型第二较佳实施例,可以在该 龙头本体21的底面向上形成一转轴螺孔211A,在该转轴螺孔211A螺锁结合一圆柱形的转轴组件22A,该转轴组件22A朝下凸出该龙头本体21的底面,以该转轴组件22A插入所述的竖管座10顶面的该轴槽122而可在解除定位后旋转。由于本实用新型第二较佳实施例其余的构造以及使用的功效皆与上述第一较佳实施例相同,因此本实用新型在此不多做赘述。
本实用新型的除上述第一较佳实施例以及第二较佳实施例揭示的构造以外,请参看图11、图12所示的本实用新型第三较佳实施例,是设有一竖管座10,该竖管座10是沿前后方向延伸的块体,在该竖管座10的后侧穿设一竖管套孔111,在该竖管座10前侧的顶面朝上凸设一转轴15,在该竖管套孔111的轴心位置形成一假想的竖管旋转轴A,该竖管旋转轴A是相较于垂直线上侧向后倾斜0度角至30度角之间的状态,在该转轴15的轴心位置形成一假想的龙头旋转轴B,该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角介于0度角与30度角之间,并且该竖管旋转轴A相较于垂直线倾斜的程度与该龙头旋转轴B与该竖管旋转轴A的夹角大小成正比,如此使得该竖管座10以该竖管套孔111安装在折叠自行车的前叉顶端时,该龙头旋转轴B能接近与地平面垂直的状态。
配合该竖管座10设有一龙头20,配合该转轴15的形状在该龙头20的后侧设有一转轴套孔24,该龙头20以该转轴套孔24可左右转动地套设在该转轴15,并且该龙头20的前侧向前伸出该竖管座10的范围,在该龙头20的后侧面与该转轴套孔24之间开设一套孔剖口241,在该龙头20后侧面接邻该套孔剖口241的相反两侧分别设有两对锁紧部25,在各对锁紧部25穿设一锁紧孔251,在各对锁紧孔251穿置一螺栓螺帽组26,通过锁紧各螺栓螺帽组26的方式,使该转轴套孔24紧束该转轴15而将该龙头20定位结合在该竖管座10。
在该龙头20的前端部形成一圆环状的把手套圈构造23,将折叠自行车的把手C安装在该把手套圈构造23,该龙头旋转轴B与该把手套圈构造23的中心的最短距离小于该竖管旋转轴A与该把手套圈构造23的中心的最短距离。如此,当本实用新型第三较佳实施例配合折叠自行车折叠时,是松脱两螺栓螺帽组26解除该龙头20的定位状态,接着将该龙头20与把手C相对该竖管座10向左或向右旋转90度角,使该把手C相较于同时转动该竖管座10以及 该龙头20时更靠近折叠自行车的车架,并且该把手C转动后不会有上翘的状况,达到与其他较佳实施例相同的折叠后缩减折叠自行车宽度的方便收纳功效。

- 一种转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,包括:一竖管座,该竖管座形成一竖管旋转轴;以及一龙头,该龙头可左右旋转地定位结合在该竖管座的顶部,该龙头形成一龙头旋转轴,该龙头的前端向前伸出该竖管座的范围,在该龙头的前端部形成一把手套圈构造,该龙头旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离是短于该竖管旋转轴与该把手套圈构造的中心的最短距离。
- 如权利要求1所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中所述的竖管旋转轴是相较于垂直线上侧向后倾斜0度角至30度角的状态,该龙头旋转轴与该竖管旋转轴的夹角介于0度角至30角之间,该竖管旋转轴相较于垂直线倾斜的程度与该龙头旋转轴与该竖管旋转轴的夹角成正比。
- 如权利要求2所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中在所述的竖管座的底面朝上凹入形成一竖管套孔,所述的竖管旋转轴是形成在该竖管套孔的轴心位置。
- 如权利要求3所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中所述的竖管座包括一套管部以及一形成在该套管部顶端的座部,在该座部的顶面形成一圆形的轴槽,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该轴槽的轴心位置,所述的龙头设有一龙头本体,在该龙头本体的底面朝下凸出形成一龙头转轴,该龙头转轴插入该轴槽。
- 如权利要求3所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中所述的竖管座包括一套管部以及一形成在该套管部顶端的座部,在该座部的顶面形成一圆形的轴槽,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该轴槽的轴心位置,所述的龙头设有一龙头本体,在该龙头本体的底部结合一转轴组件,该转轴组件朝下凸出该龙头本体的底面,该转轴组件插入该轴槽。
- 如权利要求4或5所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中由所述的竖管座前面的中间向后开设一剖口,该剖口的后侧与所述的竖管套孔以及所述的竖管螺栓孔相通,对应该剖口的位置,在所述的座部前侧横向贯穿一固定件穿孔,在该固定件穿孔穿置一龙头固定件。
- 如权利要求6所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中对应所述的剖口的左右两方,分别在所述套管部前侧的上、下位置穿设两紧束螺栓穿孔,以及在该套管部的底面朝上凹入设有一柱嵌孔,在该剖口与该柱嵌 孔之间的上下位置贯穿两连接孔,在该柱嵌孔内嵌设一螺孔柱,在该螺孔柱的上下位置穿设两紧束螺孔,在各紧束螺栓穿孔穿置一紧束螺栓,各紧束螺栓穿过该剖口以及各连接孔而螺锁在各紧束螺孔固定。
- 如权利要求6所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中所述的龙头固定件设有一快拆板手,在该快拆板手的前端形成一凸轮部,在该凸轮部枢接一拉杆,该拉杆是螺杆并且穿过所述的固定件穿孔,在该拉杆穿出该固定件穿孔的末端螺合一拉杆螺帽。
- 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中在所述竖管座的顶面向下凹入形成一定位插销凹槽,在该定位插销凹槽与该竖管座的侧面之间贯穿一拉杆孔,该拉杆孔是沿上下方向延伸的长孔;对应该定位插销凹槽的位置,在该龙头的底面凹入形成一定位销插孔;在该定位插销凹槽穿置一定位插销,在该定位插销凹槽的底部与该定位插销的底端之间抵靠设有一压缩的弹簧,该定位插销的顶端嵌设在该龙头的定位销插孔内,在该定位插销的周围结合一拉杆,该拉杆的外端向外穿出该拉杆孔的顶端。
- 如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的转动收折的自行车龙头,其特征在于,其中在所述竖管座形成一转轴,所述的龙头旋转轴形成在该转轴的轴心位置,配合该转轴的形状在所述的龙头设有一转轴套孔,以该转轴套孔套设在该转轴,以使该龙头转动后所述的把手套圈构造的轴心与地平面保持平行,在该龙头的侧面与该转轴套孔之间开设一套孔剖口,在该龙头接邻该套孔剖孔的相反两侧分别设有一对以上的锁紧部,在各对锁紧部穿设一锁紧孔,在各对锁紧孔穿置一螺栓螺帽组。
